The day before heading to Jindo.

I hadn't even packed yet (I thought I was a super procrastinator, but my husband might be even worse!). My 'J' (planner) husband suggested we stop overnight somewhere since Jindo is so far. (Sigh...) So, at 5 PM, we suddenly packed and left!

We arrived in Jeonju at 10 PM, and booked a hotel in a rush an hour before. Only ₩69,000 for this quality!?!

(We got a ₩30,000 discount from a lodging festival.)

We just checked in to drop off our bags before dinner.

The bed was huge, and the rafters were beautiful! ????????

I've been to Jeonju quite a few times, but I always stayed in the Hanok Village. This time, we were near Gaeknidan-gil, so the nightlife was even better.

Hanok Village closes down at 10 PM...

Those pubs with outdoor tables looked great, but we had to dine with the kids, so we passed~~~

After much deliberation,

We chose Wangcho BBQ, which was featured on the show 'Restaurant on the Line'!

Forget everything else, give me an ice-cold draft beer first~~~

Charcoal-grilled boneless salt BBQ for the kids,

And corn for our second child.

Fried crab as a service!

Grilled garlic, which we ordered with the salt BBQ but they forgot.

We were going to eat only a little since it was late, but the salt BBQ was so delicious that we ended up ordering the seasoned one too...

But why so many freebies?

This is spicy sea snails salad ㅎㅎ

I realized on the way out! ㅎㅎ

I didn't get to eat the Injeolmi shaved ice with red bean.

Actually, I don't have any room left anyway ㅎ

Our hotel visible on the way home!

This place is really good~~~

₩99,000 on Saturday nights, but with the lodging festival these days,

Isn't ₩69,000 super cost-effective?

The next morning, we had Hyundaiok bean sprout soup, which we'd eaten before.

It was a bit bland for my taste, but the kids and my husband enjoyed it~

And we bought PNB chocolate pies and headed to Jindo~~

Is this Jindo Sol Beach????

I wanted to come here so much!!!!

Jindo trip story in the next episode~~~
