Review of Spa View Hotel in Yesan: Hot Springs, Swimming Pool, and Jjimjilbang Fun!

Today, I'm sharing my review of Spa View Hotel in Yesan, South Chungcheong Province, where you can enjoy Deoksan hot springs, a swimming pool, and a jjimjilbang (Korean sauna) all in one place.
During my trip to Chungnam, I stayed at the Spa View Hotel in Yesan, which offers access to Deoksan Hot Springs, a swimming pool, and a jjimjilbang.

Last weekend, I stayed at the Saranchae (traditional Korean house) at Deoksan Spa View Hotel, which is a great place to stay during a trip to Yesan, Chungcheongnam-do.
The path leading to Saranchae after check-in was unique, with a mural alley featuring friendly and familiar paintings.
Our home for the day was Room 1004!
Yesan Hotel Spa View Hotel is running a special event for Saranchae and caravan guests.
From August 18th, weekday guests can enjoy Water Land and the hot springs bath for free!!
Upon opening the door, you'll see a spacious front yard with pebbles and a place for outdoor barbecue.
The barbecue pit and chimney exude a certain sensibility, creating a 'chon캉스' (vacation in the countryside) atmosphere.
Inside, you'll find a unique wooden table.
The highlight of Saranchae at Spa View Hotel in Yesan is the whirlpool spa.
It's a space where open nature and luxurious relaxation coexist, allowing you to experience healing and enjoyment in nature.
A bubbly spa session will melt away your fatigue.
Inside the Saranchae room at Deoksan Spa View Hotel, there is not only a whirlpool spa but also a sauna.

Your parents would really love it if you brought them here.
Past the spa and sauna area, you'll find the bedroom.
With a duplex second-floor bed, the kids will really love it!
Saranchae is a great place to stay for families.
You can also watch OTT services like Netflix on the large TV.
Cooking is possible with a rice cooker, electric pot, pots, dishes, cups, scissors, cutlery, and other kitchenware available.
The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but you need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
Saranchae is a germanium loess ondol room, making it a healthy room.

Spa View Hotel Parking in Yesan has as many as three parking areas.
All are located close to the accommodation and are spacious with plenty of parking spaces, making it convenient.
Spa View Hotel in Yesan has various facilities, including the Deoksan hot spring sauna, a jjimjilbang (Korean sauna), and Water Land swimming pool.
Hotel guests receive a 20% discount on hot spring entrance and a 50% discount on Water Land entrance.
Even if you're not a hotel guest, there are discounts for residents of the Yesan, Hongseong, and Naepo areas.
The jjimjilbang, built with loess and hinoki wood, features a modern and clean interior. From individual resting caves to playground equipment and arcade games for children, it's a Yesan Deoksan hot spring jjimjilbang that can be enjoyed by everyone.
I couldn't take pictures of the sauna, but Deoksan Hot Springs is a 100% traditional hot spring bath with no tap water mixed in, allowing you to enjoy the true benefits of the hot spring water. Many visitors come to enjoy the hot springs here.
There is also an Emart 24 convenience store open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, inside the Spa View Hotel building.
It operates unmanned after 11 p.m., but you can still purchase alcohol by calling the hotel number.
Spa View Hotel's Water Land swimming pool has opened.
It's open from 12:00 to 20:00, and you must wear a swimsuit, aqua shoes, and a swimming cap or baseball cap.
Full morning rentals are also available, so please keep that in mind!
The swimming pool is shallow and has water play equipment such as slides, making it suitable for children to play in. There is a lifeguard on duty, making it a safe place to play in the water.
The view of the rural green fields beyond the swimming pool is also beautiful, isn't it??
In front of Water Land, there is also a hinoki jjimjilbang for guardians, and there are indoor and outdoor platforms where you can eat, so it's great for grabbing a bite to eat when you're hungry from playing in the water.

This time, it's the Spa View Hotel gym.
In front, there are large robot figures and a small slide that children will love.
The gym interior is spacious and there were more exercise equipment than I expected, including yoga mats, gym balls, cycles, treadmills, leg presses, bench presses, and pull-ups.
There is even a water purifier and scales, which is a nice touch.
These are the attractions around Spa View Hotel.
There are many surrounding tourist attractions, including Yedang Reservoir, Naepo Bobusang Village, Sudeoksa Temple, and Yesan Stork Park, which are frequently visited as part of Yesan travel itineraries, as well as Haemieupseong Fortress and Ganwoldo Island.
Behind the Yesan accommodation, there is a loess path that is perfect for walking barefoot, so it was great for taking a walk while healing in nature while breathing in phytoncides.
I encountered the Spa View Hotel caravan while walking along the loess path.
Yesan Spa View has a variety of rooms, including family rooms, deluxe double rooms, semi-standard rooms, Sarangchae rooms with spas and saunas with a Korean traditional house feel, and caravans where you can enjoy camping.
Next time, I'll have to stay in a caravan that has been newly remodeled, is clean, and has good facilities.

When you go down to the basement of Yesan Spa View Hotel, there is a hotel restaurant, Grandma's Sundae Soup, where you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Breakfast Menu / Lunch and Dinner Menu are divided.
I visited for dinner and ordered Grandma's Sundae Soup and Blood Soup.
The side dishes are diced radish kimchi, cabbage kimchi, and pickled onions.
The food comes out quickly and the portions are generous!
Plus, the taste is perfect...
It's a complete Yesan rice soup restaurant!!
Is it this delicious at other locations too..?
The sundae soup has a rich and nutty broth, while the blood soup is a little clearer but has a savory taste.
It's a taste that will make you want to eat two bowls of rice!
It's not only good for meals, but also for drinking and eating as a snack.
Lots of sundae and blood chunks!
The owner is also friendly, and if I'm ever passing by, I want to go again for a meal!!
