Radiant Nampo Hotel Review: Great Location, Some Cleanliness Concerns

Hello everyone!
I'm writing a quick review of the hotel I stayed at for my 2-night, 3-day trip to Busan!
Since it was the Liberation Day holiday, plus a Friday-Saturday-Sunday weekend, finding accommodation for 2 nights and 3 days was incredibly difficult... There was hardly anything available, and the prices were outrageous.
That's when I found Radiant Nampo Hotel on Airbnb, which seemed more cost-effective than the others, so I booked it right away! I couldn't find a better place, so I ended up staying there, haha.
Apparently, it's usually a very affordable studio-type accommodation (around ₩40,000-50,000 per night), but the holiday surge significantly increased the price (more than double!).
I didn't have many other options, haha.
The location is just a 1-minute walk from Jagalchi Station!
It's really close!
The advantages of this hotel: It's right next to Jagalchi Station (1-minute walk), close to Busan Station, right in front of Nampo food street, and you can walk to BIFF Square, Gukje Market, Baekhwa Yanggopchang (Gopchang alley), and the main branch of Lee Jae-mo Pizza!!!
It's a tall, studio-type building.
Right in front of Nampo food street!
1-minute walk from Jagalchi Market Station. Famous restaurants in Nampo-dong, such as Chopilsal Grilled Pork Nampo Branch, Lee Jae-mo Pizza main branch, and Igane Tteokbokki in Gukje Market, are all within walking distance!!! You can even put your name on the waiting list and relax at the hotel before heading out!
However, Haeundae and Gwangalli are about an hour away by bus, so keep that in mind.
It seems that various businesses use this studio-type building.
We were there as guests of Radiant Nampo!
Check-in is contactless.
The room number and password are sent to you via text message at check-in time.
We arrived right at check-in time, so we didn't need to store our luggage separately, but if you arrive early and need luggage storage, it's available in the lounge on the 5th floor, room 518!
The elevator is a little slow, haha.
Here it is. It's cozy, haha... It's okay for two people, but it would be better for one...!!!
Everything was fine, but the critical downside was... it felt like the cleaning and hygiene weren't well managed. I just turned a blind eye since it was only for a night or two, haha... The carpets weren't clean. It would be better to get rid of the carpets, haha.
It's a basic studio with only the essentials! Nothing extra!
The bed is just right for two people!
I'm sorry for only pointing out the downsides... But the curtains are made of a mesh material, so they let all the light in... Haha. You'll wake up automatically in the morning!
There's also a full-length mirror!
It has a partial ocean view!!! Haha.
We stayed for two nights, and they provided enough bottled water and towels for one night. Extra items for consecutive nights were hung on the doorknob around evening!
They gave us two extra bottles of water, towels, and a roll of toilet paper.
There's a washing machine and induction cooktop in the room, but they're not available for use.
You can use OTT services by connecting your own account to the TV!
It's a cost-effective place to just sleep! The advantage is the price! (Of course, the price jumps during holidays... But it was still a reasonable price compared to accommodations in Gwangalli or Haeundae.)
I just wish they would clean better. T_T
Surprisingly, the noise from the food stalls wasn't audible in the room.
I had a good 2-night, 3-day stay! Please pay more attention to cleaning... Or provide a vacuum cleaner...!! Haha.
But the fact that we could walk to all the famous restaurants was a plus for us, and we were quite satisfied with that...!!
