Jeju Grace Hotel: A Budget-Friendly Stay Near Seogwipo's Innovation City

Visit Date: Third week of July 2025
Jeju Grace Hotel
Hello, I'm 'Gagamel Ajjae', a travel influencer. Today, I'm excited to introduce Jeju Grace Hotel, where I stayed during my trip in the third week of July. It's located in Seogwipo Innovation City.
This is a review of a great value hotel in Seogwipo, easily accessible by Jeju public transportation.
Jeju Grace Hotel
Address: 9-7, Gimjeongmunhwa-ro 27beon-gil, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do
Directions: 700m from Seogwipo E-Mart & World Cup Stadium
Check-in & Check-out: 3:00 PM / 11:00 AM
I've been living in Jeju for 10 years, and my friends from Seoul came to visit, so we went on a friendship trip. We stayed at the Grace Hotel in Seogwipo New Town.
It's a business-class hotel with 11 floors. I liked that it was close to many restaurants, cafes, and bars.
Parking (Free)
Underground Parking & Free Public Parking Lot
The hotel had an underground parking lot that was a bit small, but there were many free public parking spaces nearby, so parking wasn't a problem. We parked in the underground parking lot because there was space available and went to the front desk.
There were many free parking lots within 100m, and the one on the east side was the largest.
This hotel is located near the Jeju World Cup Stadium. It's a good value business hotel, and is suitable for up to 3 people. There's no breakfast or swimming pool, but there is a book lounge, laundry room, and unmanned convenience store. There are also many restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby, as well as airport limousine buses and regular buses, making it accessible by public transportation.
The building has a 'ㄷ' shape with an open ceiling. In the center, you'll find the front desk. To the right is the elevator, and to the left, you'll see the lounge.
The atmosphere is quiet and clean.
Check-in was done using a self-service kiosk. I entered my reservation name and number, and the key card was issued immediately. Check-in started at 3 PM, and it was a quiet time when we arrived, so check-in was smooth.
The rooms had basic amenities like shampoo and conditioner. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, etc. could be purchased from a vending machine on the 1st floor.
The 1st-floor lounge was quiet and cozy, with a laundry room and paid massage chairs.
Taking the elevator, I could see discount information for nearby restaurants. Many restaurants offered 10% discounts and complimentary dishes to hotel guests.
This value-for-money hotel in Seogwipo New Town has one basement floor and 11 above-ground floors. The room sizes were really impressive. The rooms can accommodate from 1 to 3 people. The 8th and 9th floors have a book lounge, which is a quiet space to relax and work. However, Jeju Grace Hotel does not offer breakfast.
I took the elevator and went straight up to the 7th floor. The room was number 1, starting from the right side of the 'ㄷ' shaped building.
The hallway was well-ventilated, with a pleasant scent and subtle lighting.
Room Condition (Deluxe Twin)
Building View, 2 Single Beds, Mini Vanity
When you open the door, you'll see the toilet and shower room on the right, as well as a closet.
It was a deluxe twin room with two single beds. It seemed to match the price point perfectly.
One minor drawback was that there should have been two pillows per bed. It wasn't possible to lie down comfortably and watch TV.
There was a closet and a refrigerator. The refrigerator was a bit like a showcase, as you could see inside.
Our room had a building view, and there was a small vanity by the window. It seemed suitable for day trips or 2-night trips, but I'd avoid it for family trips. However, one of the reasons we chose this place was that it's only 300m from the limousine bus stop to Jeju International Airport - that was a great benefit.
Bathroom Condition (Shower Room, Toilet Separated)
Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash Provided (Toothbrush, Toothpaste, etc. available from the vending machine)
Next was the bathroom. When you open the door, you'll see the toilet and sink in the center, and the shower room on the right. The shower room was okay, but the toilet space was a bit cramped, making it a little...uncomfortable.
The bathroom had a slightly upscale motel vibe.
But I used it without any major inconvenience.
In conclusion, I would recommend this hotel as a good value option near the Jeju World Cup Stadium. For this price, I would definitely visit again.
