I recently visited Bclass Glampool Gyeongju Singye, and I can confidently say that it's one of the best places I've been to! Tired of the usual pensions and glamping spots, I was looking for something different when I stumbled upon the 'Glampool' concept – a combination of pool villa and glamping. I was instantly hooked! The location in Oedong-eup perfectly complements Gyeongju's natural beauty.
'Glampool' is exactly what it sounds like: glamorous glamping with your own private swimming pool! Pool villas can sometimes feel a bit heavy, but this place manages to be both stylish and comfortable. It's perfect for couples, families, and friends to enjoy their time together. It truly reflects the latest vacation trends!
The A-type Glampool room where I stayed was a private, detached structure. Having a private pool is a given, and the indoor and outdoor spaces are seamlessly connected, creating a 'no-camp' camping vibe. The barbecue facilities are also separate, which is great! There's also a loft-style B-type, which I'd recommend if you prefer a duplex with more space.
The swimming pool can be heated and is the perfect size, making it safe and enjoyable for kids. Plus, the outdoor glamping tent area offers amazing spots for capturing starry night photos, creating a truly healing experience. As a parent, I also appreciated the attention to detail in providing a children's playground and thorough safety management tips.
Most major tourist attractions in Gyeongju are less than a 20-minute drive away, making it easy to return to the accommodation after a trip to Bulguksa Temple or Seokguram Grotto. Oedong-eup itself is peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for relaxation. Plus, with convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, you'll have no problem buying anything you need.
In the summer, you can enjoy a delicious barbecue party while playing in the pool, and in the winter, the warm heated pool means you don't have to worry about the cold! When I visited in the spring and autumn, the cool weather allowed me to make the most of outdoor activities. Especially, the sunset view is amazing. You can enjoy the romantic sunset from the deck of the accommodation. Any photos you upload will definitely make you an influencer!
The staff were very friendly at check-in and provided detailed information about the facilities, making a great first impression. After taking a quick look around, I immediately jumped into the pool! I still remember the peace I felt while enjoying a beer by the bonfire. Definitely worth saving!
Compared to regular pensions, it's definitely more modern and special, and it feels much more luxurious than regular glamping. Compared to other Bclass locations, I can confidently say that this branch's unique charm is exceptional. The value for money is excellent, making it a place that anyone can enjoy!
For reservation tips, book in advance as it gets competitive during peak season, and don't forget to bring your swimsuit! If you prepare your barbecue ingredients, you can start your meal without any extra cost on-site. Even if it rains, there are plenty of indoor spaces to use, so you don't have to worry too much. Insect repellent is essential in the summer!
