Summer vacation, here we come to Naksan Beach!

Our review of a 3-person stay at The Naksan Hotel

(Room 501 with ocean view of Naksan Beach)

The Naksan Hotel is an unmanned hotel.

There's a Holly's Coffee on the first floor (10:00 - 21:30).

Check-in is at 3 PM (check-out is at 11 AM).

We arrived around 2 PM but couldn't check in yet.

Checking in about 15 minutes early worked!

Since I was the one reserving the room, it's good to go early to get the room you want.

We chose an ocean view room overlooking Naksan Beach.

The 5th floor is the highest, and we picked room 501.

The view on the opposite side is just a building view, which isn't as nice.

But The Naksan Hotel has a really great location in Yangyang Naksan Beach.

Some new hotels have opened, but they're a block away from the beach

(Chestons Leebourg Naksan, SOTASTAY Suites Yangyang Grand Bay).

This hotel is right in front of Naksansa Temple and Naksan Beach.

The price is reasonable and the location is great, so it was a good choice!

There's a parking lot right in front, making parking easy (free). It's easy to keep an eye on your car.

Warm memories

My family had been here before and said it was good, so I revisited without looking at other places.

If you're planning on being outside all day, I recommend it even if you don't have a view because of the great location (I was satisfied even when I stayed in a room without a view).

There's only one elevator, but it's a small hotel, so it wasn't crowded even during peak season, which was nice.

The elevator as seen from the room

The Naksan Hotel Room 501

Rooms 501-505 have ocean views of Naksan Beach.

Impressive appearance

It's great because you can watch the sunrise from the room without going outside!

They even post the sunrise time on the first floor.

The Naksan Hotel where you can see a wonderful sunrise from the ocean view rooms.

The Naksan Hotel's 3-person room with beds.

The layout has a separate bed for two people and one person (Room 501).

Bright future

The Naksan Hotel's Naksan Beach view room (501).

It's on the top floor, so it's open and spacious!

The Naksan Hotel sunrise and nighttime beach scene.

Mysterious appearance

Even the moon is perfect.

It's right on the east coast, so you can easily watch the sunrise without going outside☀️

It's a bit small, so the sink is next to the bed.

The desk is structured like this.

There's no separate closet, so the only places to hang clothes are these two hangers.

Touching scene

It's a good idea to bring extra hangers.

If they added more shelves, there would be more space to put things, but it was a bit disappointing that there weren't any.

Temperature control.

The Samsung system air conditioner is mounted above the window.

The Naksan Hotel Room 501 bathroom

Shower and toilet.

There's shampoo and body wash, but you can buy a disposable toothbrush set in the 2-person coin laundry room (see photo below).

The problem is that the shower pressure is too lowㅠ

The bathroom door is a sliding door.

The Naksan Hotel refrigerator

Two bottles of water are provided and the performance is amazingㅋㅋㅋ

It gets super cold (LG energy efficiency grade 1 refrigeratorㅋ)

There's a coffee pot, insect repellent, and cups.

The Naksan Hotel outlet and USB port

There's an outlet between the beds too.

The Naksan Hotel hair dryer

The performance is good. I brought my Airwrap, but the hair dryer was good.

There's also mini soap,

There are no drawers on the desk, it's just for placing things.

The Naksan Hotel gym (Naksan Beach ocean view)

The fitness center is located on the 2nd floor and is open from 8:00 to 22:00.

Peaceful scenery

The size isn't cramped for a small hotel.

There's a treadmill and stationary bike with an ocean view,

But Naksan Beach has a well-maintained deck,

And I like running outside while looking at the ocean ㅎ

The Naksan Hotel coin laundry room on the 2nd floor

Open 24 hours

There's a coin exchanger and a microwave.

Mysterious appearance

How to use The Naksan Hotel coin laundry machine

The Naksan Hotel detergent + fabric softener is 500 won

Disposable toothbrush set is 500 won

Peaceful scenery

The Naksan Hotel for 3 people

We stayed for 2 nights, and the next day we stayed in the room and only received towel changes and water.

Beautiful scenery

Because it's summer peak season, they set off fireworks until 1:30 AM

And busking (until 9:30 PM)

It was hard because they kept singing 50-60s emotional songs haha

Interesting image

While checking out, someone was very angry because they couldn't check in right at 3 PMㅠ

(But this seems to be the case everywhere during peak seasonㅠ)

Brown Stone Yangyang is being built right next to The Naksan Hotel,

So when it's completed, many people will probably go to the high-rise hotelㅠ

The nearby Naksan Beach Hotel is on a hill, so it would be difficult to get to

The Naksan Hotel's key point is its location right in front of the beach.

There are also good restaurants nearby.

On the opposite side of The Naksan Hotel, there are many abandoned places,

So it's very scary to walk around at nightㄷㄷ

Touching scene

The Naksan Hotel's pros and cons

✔️Hotel right in front of Naksan Beach

✔️You can watch the sunrise directly from the room without going outside

✔️Parking is very convenient

✔️Hollys Coffee on the first floor (the best cafe at Naksan Beach ㅎ)

✔️The refrigerator works well

✔️Naksansa Temple is right next door (saving 5000 won on Naksansa Temple parking ㅎ)

✔️Close to Naksan Beach restaurants and raw fish centers in the back alleys

Warm memories

-Weak shower pressure in the bathroom

-Lack of storage space

-Check-in may not be on time during peak season

-Fireworks and music from the beach can be noisy

-Consider that rooms on the opposite side of the beach do not have a good view
