~ The Unending Story of Jeju ~
Even when I travel abroad, I always make sure to have breakfast. Out of all the hotel breakfasts I've had, this one at Amber Pure Hill Jeju is truly memorable.
It's so delicious that if you're staying here, I highly recommend adding the breakfast option ✨
The breakfast at Amber Pure Hill Jeju is served at Salre Restaurant, located on the first floor of the lobby building.
A short walk, feeling the energy of Jeju, will get you there quickly. It's especially lovely to visit on a nice day.
Here are the images of the restaurant and foods.

Amber Pure Hill Jeju Breakfast Buffet
Time: 07:00 - 11:00
The breakfast buffet is available from 7:30 AM to 11 AM. The hotel's landscaping on the first floor is beautiful, offering a lovely view. Everything was just perfect ^,^
While not huge, the restaurant doesn't get too crowded, which is a big plus. It allows for a pleasant and relaxed dining experience.
Let's explore the menu!
First, there's a selection of juices and teas.
Jeju is famous for its tangerines, so there was tangerine juice available, but I didn't get to try it because I was drinking coffee.

Right next to it is a selection of cereals. A great choice for those who prefer a simple meal.
Next, they offer simple meal options. There's even Asian healthy menu, like natto!
Bakery
Puddings, quiche, and a variety of breads made me so excited.
There were so many kinds of bread right behind, and Amber Pure Hill really knows how to bake. I wanted to take some back to Seoul with me!
From croissant sandwiches to pastries made with seasonal fruits...
It was upsetting that I was already getting full.
Even scones and salt bread... You'd believe it if I said it was a Le Cordon Bleu bakery, not a buffet.

Salad
Pulling myself together, I turned to the salad for a low-aging diet.
There's a variety of fresh vegetables and dressings.
Western Food
Despite saying "low-aging diet," I immediately turned around and picked up some sausages.
Hotel sausages are always so delicious!

For BBQ, there's duck and beef. Having meat from breakfast makes me feel like I've lived well.
And grilled abalone served from breakfast... This butter grilled abalone was really delicious.

Just eating a few pieces of grilled abalone felt worth it!
There were also scrambled eggs and various fried foods that kids would love.

Korean Food
Since there are Korean soups and porridge, you'll definitely get compliments if you come with your parents.
There was also bibimbap, but I didn't take a picture.
Chinese Food
You tiao and dou jiang, which are essential when traveling in China!

This is a staple breakfast for Chinese people, and I was so happy to see it at Amber Pure Hill.
There were so many Chinese dishes!
Yusangseul and mapo tofu are basics.

There was even fried rice, so it's a meal that people of all ages can enjoy.
Dim sum and har gow were also served warm. It's a 100-point breakfast for me! I decided to have five plates today.
Drinks
Sodas and water are displayed in the refrigerator, so you can take as much as you want.
Coffee
Coffee was provided as capsule coffee.

I prefer freshly ground espresso, so this was a little disappointing, but the combination of the food and capsule coffee was good!
There are many different types of capsules, so you can pick your favorite.
It wasn't difficult to use. And the staff were so friendly and helpful.
Here's my first dish. I couldn't even fit half of what looked delicious.
I love fish dishes, so I immediately grabbed some fish!

I also had a latte with milk.

I picked up a piece of bread from the bakery and spread different spreads on it.
There are many different types of cream cheese, so I recommend trying as many as possible.

The view from breakfast ^~^
It's not a sea view, but it's still pretty, right?!

This was the most satisfying breakfast I've had at Amber Pure Hill Jeju.
1000000% chance of revisiting. I'll come back again because the breakfast was so delicious!
