Cheongun Literature Library: A Tranquil Oasis in Seoul

Located on Jahamun-ro in Jongno-gu, Seoul, the Cheongun Literature Library is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered.
Nestled at the foot of Mount Bukak and Mount Inwang, this library is a beautifully preserved traditional Korean Hanok building, complete with classic tiled roofs and wooden-floored halls (Daechongmaru).
Enjoy a refreshing urban escape with its garden, charming pond, and the soothing sounds of a waterfall. It's a perfect place for a relaxing stroll or a romantic date.
Don't miss the main photo spot: the pond and waterfall, beautifully framed by a crepe myrtle tree. Capture a picture-perfect moment!
A small pavilion in front of the waterfall offers a peaceful space for anyone to sit, relax, read, study, or simply enjoy the serene atmosphere.
