A Trip to Naksansa Temple in Yangyang

I set off around 4:50 AM to visit Naksansa Temple in Yangyang (specifically, to see Naksansa Temple).
This is the sunrise I witnessed along the way.
This is the rear entrance to Naksansa Temple. Entry opens at 9 AM. The building to the right is a teahouse.
A harmonious view of Uisangdae Pavilion framed by pine trees and sunlight...
This is Botarak as seen from above. You can climb up to Botarak via stairs, and enjoy a free cup of chilled Solomon's seal tea or coffee.

This is the Hongyemun Gate, which you can see when entering the main temple area.
It was designated as Tangible Cultural Property No. 33 of Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province on December 16, 1971.
The gate truly resembles a rainbow, just as its name suggests – a gate with the upper part shaped like a semi-circular rainbow.
Here are the Heavenly Kings Gate (Sachunwangmun) and the Seven-Story Stone Pagoda.
The Seven-Story Stone Pagoda is National Treasure No. 499 and survived the fire in 2005.

It definitely has some broken parts, but it still seems beautiful.

I'll post about the Heavenly Kings Gate on my blog later.
After descending from Naksansa Temple, I went to the refreshing Namdaecheon Stream.
It was definitely refreshing!
