If I'm not happy, I can't accept others.
I must make myself happy!!
Happiness because of love (Love is a condition for happiness)
Am I trying to be happy based on conditions?
Happiness based on conditions is temporary (because conditions always change).
Happiness is a discovery.
Consciousness (mind) must expand.
A large mind is not agitated.
You must detach to observe.
Judging with intellect (wisdom) alone, without emotion (compassion), lowers the quality of life.
The power to change perspectives.
Anger is a valuable emotion.
The more you cling, the more anxious you become.
Not being fixated on one thing.
