Top 4 Viewing Spots

1. Nodeul Island

Music may be slightly faint

Some paid seating available

2. Yeouido Hangang Park Lawn (Multi Plaza)

Classic spot to enjoy both fireworks and music

Essential to secure a spot early in the afternoon (Recommended arrival before 12:00)

3. Ichon Hangang Park

Opposite Yeouido, relatively less crowded

Good overall view, popular for photography

4. Southern Ends of Wonhyo Bridge & Hangang Bridge

Romantic fireworks reflection seen from the bridges

Preparation Checklist

Picnic mat / waterproof mat / folding chair

Warm clothing (blanket, windbreaker, heat packs)

Packed lunch / water / snacks / thermos

Portable charger / flashlight

Camera / tripod / selfie stick

Trash bags / wet wipes / hand sanitizer

Safety supplies for children (if accompanying)

Tips for Taking Great Fireworks Photos

Tripod essential (to prevent shaking)

On-Site Tips & Safety Rules

Extremely crowded if you leave immediately after the festival → Leaving 30 minutes later will be much more relaxed.

Designate a meeting place with companions in advance (signal may be lost).

Schedule may change in case of rain or strong winds → Check the official website/app.

Participate in the clean-up campaign after the event.

Conclusion

The 2025 Seoul International Fireworks Festival is more than just a fireworks display.

It's a special time to share emotions and admire the same sky with others.

With the event coinciding with the Chuseok holiday this year, even larger crowds are expected.

Be sure to prepare your viewing spot and transportation in advance!

May you create sparkling memories like the fireworks!
