Why is the Seoul Hanok Management Academy being newly operated?
Hanok is built using natural materials such as wood, earth, and Hanji paper, making it important to detect and manage even small issues early on.
However, many people have felt lost regarding what to check in a Hanok and how to manage it when problems arise.
That’s why the city of Seoul is launching the 'Seoul Hanok Management Academy' this year!
This program allows citizens to inspect their own Hanok and learn simple management and maintenance techniques.
