is recruiting additional participants
for the Mobile Healthcare program!
What is Mobile Healthcare?
It is a program that provides health management services and prevents chronic diseases by linking mobile health management apps and activity trackers through smartphones.

April 2026 - October 2026
🗓️ Application Period
April 1, 2026 - May 22, 2026 (Additional Recruitment)
🎯 Target Participants
✔️ Adults aged 19 to 64 (Residents or workers in Gimpo City)
✔️ Individuals who have not been diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes, or hyperlipidemia, or those not taking related medications.
*Priority: Individuals with at least one health risk factor from health screenings.
*Requirement: Must own a smartphone.
👥 Number of Participants
First come, first served for 200 participants
* Waiting list will be created.

📋 Selection Method
Application → Schedule Tests → Confirm Participants After Testing
📊 Participation Criteria
Only those within the following criteria will be selected after testing:
✔️ Must meet the following health standards:
Blood Pressure: Systolic < 140 mmHg, Diastolic < 90 mmHg
Fasting Blood Sugar < 126 mg/dL
Triglycerides < 200 mg/dL
* Participants exceeding these limits cannot join.
* Previous participants in 2025 cannot reapply.
* Participants must be able to install the app and connect devices.
🗓️ Testing Period
April 6, 2026 - May 29, 2026
* Appointment for testing is mandatory.
✔️ Weekdays from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM
15-minute intervals for appointments (fasting for more than 10 hours required)
✔️ Tests include blood pressure, blood sugar, lipid profile, body measurements, and body composition analysis.
📚 Program Details
✔️ Individual consultations and education by nutrition and exercise experts.
✔️ Participants will receive a smartwatch (must be returned if participation is discontinued).
