Launch of the 2026 Seongji Hyeyum-gil Tourism Program

The Chungnam Cultural Tourism Foundation has officially launched the '2026 Seongji Hyeyum-gil' tourism program!
The Seongji Hyeyum-gil is a large-scale tourism product that connects historical, cultural, and natural resources centered around the representative sacred sites of Chungnam and Jeonbuk.
This program is designed to offer experiences beyond simple sightseeing, incorporating values of walking, healing, and pilgrimage.
Participants will explore the region's history and cultural heritage,
and enjoy relaxation amidst beautiful nature, creating a unique travel experience.
This year, we are operating 'Chungnam-style Seongji Hyeyum-gil' and 'Specialized Seongji Hyeyum-gil in Gongju' tourism products in collaboration with selected partner travel agencies through a public competition.
We have partnered with 10 travel agencies, including 5 from Chungnam and 5 specialized in Gongju.
Each product is composed of various courses reflecting local characteristics, allowing participants to enjoy major tourist attractions, including sacred sites, as well as local culture and cuisine.
Through this initiative, we aim to provide participants with a richer and more meaningful travel experience while also stimulating stay-type tourism and positively impacting the local economy.
To ensure a safe and satisfying travel experience, the Chungnam Cultural Tourism Foundation is closely collaborating with partner travel agencies for smooth operations.
We are continuously monitoring all operations to ensure that participants can enjoy a safe and fulfilling journey.
We will actively promote the charm of Seongji Hyeyum-gil using social media and various promotional channels, aiming to attract more tourists to experience the values of healing and pilgrimage.
In the future, the Chungnam Cultural Tourism Foundation will continue to enhance the quality of our products and develop programs that reflect diverse tourism demands, establishing Seongji Hyeyum-gil as a leading healing and pilgrimage tourism brand representing Chungnam and Jeonbuk.
We appreciate your interest and participation!
