Exploring Nodeul Island Flea Market Festival and Delicious Udon in Yongsan

Last weekend, I visited the Nodeul Island Flea Market Festival, organized by Bungae Jangteo (a secondhand marketplace app).
The weather that day was absolutely perfect!
I'm not the best photographer, but I tried to capture the Han River from the bus. Unfortunately, a sign ended up right in the middle of the shot! Haha.

After a quick bus ride, I arrived in Yongsan, Seoul!
I met up with my friend at Yongsan Station, and we were starving.
So, we rushed over to Udon Kinoya Shinyongsan, the main branch, to fill our bellies.
I'd heard it was a great restaurant, so I was really curious to try it.

Luckily, the wait wasn't too long, and we got in pretty quickly.
We had already chosen our menu outside, practically sitting inside in our minds, haha.
As soon as we sat down, my friend ordered the Sweet Shrimp Bukkake Cold Udon.
It looked simple, but the broth had a really rich flavor!
You could tell they took pride in their food.

I was torn between the Mentaiko Butter Udon and the Maze Udon.
I ended up choosing the Maze Udon! Maze Soba usually has a spicy kick, which can be quite intense.
But here, they don't use kelp sauce, and the natural flavors of the ingredients blend together perfectly.
It was incredibly clean and delicious!

Udon Kinoya is located here!
There are many reviews and it was crowded that day, so there was quite a wait behind us.
Even so, we were able to get in without waiting too long and ate quickly because the turnover rate is fast, so if you wait a little, your turn will come.
I recommend waiting and tasting it!

On the way to Nodeul Island, the sunlight was a little too hot to be called warm, haha. But the sky was clear, which made me feel great! ♥
I took some photos of my younger sibling who came with me~
The weather and sky were so nice that every photo came out bright and pretty!

And so, we arrived at Nodeul Island!
Nodeul, Nodeul! Ta-da!
This event was the Bungae Flea Market Festival.
The entrance was already packed with people!

The event ran from September 20th to 21st.
It was a flea market and festival hosted by Bungae Jangteo.
The location, as you can see, was Nodeul Island.
The flea market was held at Nodeul Island Market Square, and performances took place in the Multi-Purpose Hall Forest.

Only people with the admission wristband could enter and purchase items at the flea market.
There were also various interactive booths offering samples and more.
Of course, we got our wristbands too!
We took a quick look around the flea market, but it was so crowded that it was a bit overwhelming to browse everything.
As an introvert (I), I find crowds tiring, so I gave up on shopping for the time being.
Instead, we went to the Multi-Purpose Hall to grab a drink and relax.

Ta-da! This photo was taken while waiting for the performance, haha.
Without the wristband, you can't enter the performance venue or the event area.
Famous influencers and participants from programs like Heart Signal, Heart Pairing, and "I'm a Natural-Born Solo, but I Want to Date" also participated in the flea market.
I got to see them in person!

Nevertheless,
The most anticipated acts in the lineup were
Lee Hi! Lee Hi even when spelled backward!
And Loco!

Before that, while looking around to see if there was anything to buy at the flea market,
I suddenly saw Yui-soo from Heart Signal!
She looked exactly the same in person as on TV.
She was so pretty and skinny. I was jealous.

They also had a Gymball Highbeam event where you could get Highbeam Plain or Grapefruit if you followed them on Instagram.
But I'm not feeling well, so I just swallowed my saliva.
I guess I'll just have to drink lemonade, gulp...T.T
Oh, and on the way to the event venue, I actually saw Lee Chan-hyung from Heart Pairing!
He was really tall and handsome...I was so stunned that I forgot to ask for a photo.
He disappeared into the crowd...I should have been brave. Don't cry, you fool! T.T

Forget it, who am I to even bother? I'll just go watch the festival.
Not long after entering,
Even though it was only 3 pm, the standing area was already full.
People are amazing, lol.
You can see that the grass will be full in the evening, lol.

Selfies taken while waiting, lol. It reminds me of getting our seats.
We had people on either side of us in the area where we were seated.
One woman asked if there was space, and since I was alone, I said yes.
But then she came with a guy, and they said it was too small and moved my bag and drink without asking. -_-;
It would have been nice if they had asked before moving my things.
They even pushed my bag because it was too small. I wasn't happy, but I just ignored it and watched the show, lol.

Before long, the sun was setting and the sky was turning orange.
We were waiting for the upcoming performance.
The event area outside the performance venue was already so crowded that it took at least 20 minutes to wait in line for the convenience store or bathroom, lol.
Small bathrooms and convenience stores T.T T.T
Nevertheless, such festivals don't happen often, so I was content and waited and waited for the performance to begin.

It's getting dark, and it's almost time to start!
While watching the cars passing behind the stage, I wondered if Lee Hi got off there.
The car is big, could it be Lee Hi? While I was thinking that, the performance started and it appeared on the screen!
Kyaaak!!!!!

It was my first time seeing her in person, and Lee Hi was really pretty.
The vibe she exuded was insane, lol. She's a goddess of atmosphere!!!!!
I enjoyed the event, singing along to all the songs I knew.
I have a video of Lee Hi's performance, but...
Galaxy... what are you going to do about the lens flare?
I'm really going to switch to an iPhone soon.

Give me some resolution...please. I'm going to go to Apple soon and check it out in person.
The weather was cool, and a gentle breeze was blowing, so I sat down and listened to the songs.
Then Loco appeared.
I don't know the songs well T.T Sorry. And I had to go because of the last bus,
So I couldn't fully enjoy it. T.T
It's a shame, but I have to go so I don't miss the bus. T.T

The weekend passed quickly without me even realizing it was over.
Now it's the weekday, and the slave of work is at work T.T
The weekdays are passing quickly, and the weekend is coming.
The Lunar New Year is coming soon, so I feel a little better knowing I'll have some days off.
I'll have fun again this weekend and come back to write another post!
