Excitement Builds as the World Ocean Forum 2025 Approaches

Hello everyone! I'm Nagong, a WOF2025 supporter!
With the 19th World Ocean Forum (WOF 2025) just around the corner, less than a week away, I wanted to share my personal anticipation and thoughts as someone aiming for a career in the marine industry and as a supporter.
Under the theme 'Navigating the Waves in an Age of Hyper-Uncertainty,' marine leaders from around the world will gather.
I'm excited to be participating on the second day, October 23rd, and I'm preparing with anticipation!
It will be held at the Lotte Hotel in Busan for three days, from October 22nd to 24th!!
I'm particularly interested in how the WOF forum will foster sustainable solidarity and cooperation, especially following the discussions and decisions made at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) meeting held in Gyeongju on October 11th!
As an American investor, I've recently realized how much these discussions and decisions influence companies, industries, and stock prices.
I've come to believe that 'the more you know and study, the smarter your investments become.'
Therefore, I'm looking forward to gaining a wealth of information and learning a lot at this forum.
I'm also excited about the development direction of Busan as a hub city for the Northern Sea Route, which will be discussed on the third day!
As a job seeker aiming for a career in the maritime industry, I initially thought that the relocation of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries to Busan would be a great opportunity for me.
However, I found it difficult to find enough information when I tried to learn more.
I plan to attend this session and develop my career path accordingly!
It seems that valuable information requires effort to find in person.
Through seven weeks of activity, I've grown from simply promoting the forum to becoming 'a young person concerned about the future of the ocean.'
I sincerely hope that many of you will join us at the World Ocean Forum (WOF 2025) in Busan this October.
