Connecting Communities, Connecting Hearts: The 3rd Annual Pyeongtaek Village Festival

Hello everyone! We're excited to share some news!
October is a month full of events and festivals, isn't it?
Following up on yesterday's announcement, we're bringing you information about an event on Sunday, October 19th.
October is a great time to get out and about - so many events to check out!
The 3rd Annual Pyeongtaek Village Festival is taking place on:
October 19, 2025 (Sunday) from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Location: Fountain Plaza in front of Pyeongtaek City Hall
The Pyeongtaek Village Festival is a celebration where village activists and citizens from all over Pyeongtaek, who are working to create sustainable villages and communities, come together.
This year marks the 3rd festival, jointly hosted by four organizations and networks that are active in the region to realize public social values based on the community.
If you take a look at the event booth map, you'll see that many communities are participating.
Come visit and experience the fun and exciting activities they have planned!
There will also be performances, so be sure to check the schedule to make some special memories.
Here's how to enjoy the Pyeongtaek Village Festival even more:
1. Stamp Event
Visit three locations within the event area, solve Pyeongtaek village quizzes, complete the stamp event, and receive a prize.
2. SNS Event
Take a photo at the event, post it on your social media, show your post at the event's information booth, and get a prize.
3. Challenge! Village Golden Bell Quiz
Prizes: 3 winners of 10kg rice bags
Take part in the Golden Bell Quiz and be the winner of these prizes!
4. Citizen Raffle Event
Prizes: 2 winners of 10kg rice bags + 10 winners of 4kg rice bags
Enjoy the random prize drawing event taking place on stage between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
Be sure to remember these four ways to make the event even more enjoyable!
Pyeongtaek City Hall is easily accessible by both public transportation and car.
If you're using public transportation, there are bus stops nearby for easy access.
If you're driving, there are plenty of parking spaces available, including the parking lot in front of Pyeongtaek City Hall, Pyeongtaek Public Health Center, and the Vision 2-dong Community Service Center.
