Classic Revolution 2025: A Spectacle of Sound at Lotte Concert Hall

Since its debut in August 2020 with “CLASSIC REVOLUTION 2020: Beethoven,” the festival has evolved annually, offering diverse programs including recitals, chamber music, concertos, and symphonies.
The 2025 Classic Revolution marks its sixth year, building upon its established tradition with heightened anticipation.
Centered around the theme of “Spectrum,” this year's festival aims to provide an experience of music's universal language, transcending eras and societies.
The Classic Revolution 2025 will take place from August 28th to September 3rd at Lotte Concert Hall.
This event is designed to transform the traditionally quiet summer season into a vibrant period for music festivals.
Artistic Director Leonidas Kavakos explains, “Bach created the most perfect music that humans can write, while Shostakovich represents human suffering.” Through the works of these two masters, the festival seeks to explore the light and shadows of human existence through music.
