Your Round Brunch Cafe: A Local's Favorite in Gyeongju (My Own Money, My Own Review)

I had always wanted to visit Your Round, a brunch cafe in Gyeongju, and I finally got the chance! :)
I had seen many reviews saying the atmosphere was great and the Jambon Beurre was delicious, so I had been keeping an eye on it. Fortunately, during this Chuseok holiday, the tolls and public parking were free, so I thought it was a good opportunity and headed straight to Gyeongju. Hehe.
Gyeongju is always crowded during holidays, but Your Round was surprisingly quiet and had a relaxing atmosphere!
I had read reviews saying it was packed even on weekday lunchtimes, so I arrived a little after 12 pm, and luckily, there was a seat available. The exterior of the cafe had a charming vibe, perfect for taking photos, and the interior was filled with a cozy ambiance, making me think, "Ah, that's why everyone recommends this place."
In this post, I'll be sharing a detailed review of Your Round, a local Gyeongju restaurant recognized by locals, including the atmosphere, brunch menu, and my honest, own-money-spent experience.☺️
1. Your Round Brunch Cafe in Gyeongju
Gyeongju has so many restaurants that it can be hard to decide where to go. But the Your Round brunch cafe, which I visited this time, was a place where you could eat unique sandwiches, unlike other restaurants in Gyeongju.
First of all, the exterior is a traditional Korean house, so the emotional atmosphere caught my eye, and the parking lot is conveniently located near a free public parking lot, making it very accessible.
The interior has a structure where sunlight pours through the large windows, making it a great place to enjoy brunch in a relaxed atmosphere. The wooden tables create a cozy atmosphere. Hehe.
If you are looking for a cafe to take a break during your Gyeongju trip, Your Round Brunch Cafe is definitely a place worth recommending. There were also a few people who came alone to enjoy the relaxation!
2. Gyeongju Local Restaurant that Locals Visit
Your Round is not just a Gyeongju brunch cafe that tourists visit, but a real local restaurant that locals often come to. The day I went was the day before Chuseok, and employees from nearby stores and Gyeongju residents came to order takeout!
As such, this place seemed to be a Gyeongju local restaurant that maintained the local sensibility as it is, rather than a 'show-off cafe' :)
The atmosphere of the space is also comfortable and warm, so it's a comfortable atmosphere to come with family or friends. It was great for quietly enjoying brunch and perfect for taking pictures!
3. Brunch Cafe Your Round Menu and Taste Review
It was convenient because you could order at the kiosk in front of the counter. Hehe. When I arrived, the basic sandwich, Jambon Beurre, was sold out, so I changed my route to Jambalutte, which contains arugula and basil pesto.
And the Beet Hummus Rappe Sandwich that I ordered together! Both menus were so pretty from the plating that I got to eat them with my eyes first. :)
Jambalutte is a combination of fresh vegetables and sauce between crispy baguettes, so the texture was rich and each bite was very harmonious! In particular, dipping it in the sauce they gave separately made it not greasy and clean, so I ate it deliciously until the end :)
The Beet Hummus Rappe Sandwich was so pretty from the colors, and the subtle sweetness of the beets and the savoryness of the hummus were combined to make it really delicious. The rappe made the texture good, and it was savory and filling. Hehe. It was enough to replace a meal.
The Americano was also savory, so it was a perfect match with the sandwich.👍👍
For the takeout menu, I chose Fig Jambon Sandwich and Fresh Fig Ricotta Sandwich!
They said they would make the packaging 5 minutes before I left, so I felt the attention to detail, and they packaged it beautifully. Hehe.
For the takeout menu, I chose Fig Jambon Sandwich and Fresh Fig Ricotta Sandwich, but I was so curious that I ate it as soon as I got home.😊
The Ricotta Sandwich had the softness of cream cheese alive, so it was good to enjoy with fresh figs. Hehe. The quality of the ingredients was so good that the taste was maintained even when eaten cold.
Fig Jambon had a salty ham and sweet fig that went really well together, so it had a sweet and salty charm. Hehe.
4. Honest Review of Gyeongju Restaurant with My Own Money
Among the restaurants on SNS these days, there are many places that are only pretty in photos, but Your Round was not disappointing even when I actually went there. I was satisfied with the food, plating, atmosphere, and service, and the staff were also friendly, so I was able to have a pleasant meal. Hehe.
The plating came out pretty, and the kitchen was open, so I felt hygienic. The price range was not a waste at all considering the quality of the menu, and I wanted to eat the fig sandwich again so much that I kept thinking about it. Hehe.
It's one of the places I want to visit again if I go to Gyeongju, and it's the #1 on my list of Gyeongju restaurants! Hehe.
5. Brunch Cafe Your Round Recommended as a Gyeongju Travel Course
Your Round Brunch Cafe has a good location, so it is a good brunch restaurant to stop by in the middle of a Bulguksa Temple or Hwangridan-gil travel course. :)
Parking is convenient and the interior is pleasant, so it's really perfect for taking a break during your trip. It was also good to organize your travel schedule while eating brunch and having a cup of coffee. Hehe.
