Repair of Parking Stoppers at Shopping Center Entrance

Hello!
Today, we are diligently carrying out home repairs.
This request involved the reinstallation of damaged parking stoppers at the entrance of the cafe street in Gwanggyo, Suwon.
The existing stoppers at the entrance had deteriorated over time, leaving only rusted anchors and making it difficult to park properly.
Thus, we decided to securely and effectively reorganize the area.
Upon inspecting the site, we found that the previous stopper's location was still visible in the center of the parking space, with rusty anchors and poorly maintained holes that could potentially catch a tire.
We took close-up photos of the remaining anchors and bolts, which were rusty and worn, making them unsuitable for continued use.
Since the bolts secured to the metal anchors wouldn't budge, we used a grinder to cut through the bent bolts, showing signs of previous repairs.
We arranged the new rubber parking stoppers on the floor, checking their lengths and positions for installation.
The new stoppers feature reflective strips and are sturdy domestic products.
We placed the stoppers in position and marked where to drill for anchoring.
Using a hammer drill, we cleaned the existing holes and drilled into the concrete floor for the new anchors.
After drilling, we could see the cleaned holes, and we drilled three holes for each stopper.
We then installed the anchors and secured the stoppers with hex bolts, ensuring they were tightly fixed due to the strong weight they would bear from vehicles.
After placing the bolt caps, the installation was complete.
Due to space constraints caused by columns, we installed the stoppers slightly forward compared to the previous ones.
Finally, we parked a vehicle to check the alignment between the bumper and the stopper.
The parking line at the shopping center entrance is now safe and user-friendly.
Thank you for your perfect repair!
