Picturesque Space: Traditional Hanok with a Rooftop View
Line Cafe in Ikseon-dong is a spacious Hanok cafe complete with a rooftop terrace on the 3rd floor.
As you enter, you'll find the order counter and a display of the freshly baked goods to your right.
As a bakery cafe, the variety of bread is important. Line Cafe offers a wide selection, including Salt Bread, Baguettes, Tissue Bread, Mont Blanc, and Croissants.

They also have various coffee options and even crepes. After placing my order, I took some time to explore the space.
Floor Guide:
1st Floor: The inner courtyard, beyond the order counter, features a lovely mini pond. Inside, you can admire the beautiful traditional Hanok ceiling.
2nd Floor: Spacious and comfortable, the large windows offer a picturesque view, almost like a painting.
The atmosphere is perfect for a relaxed chat with friends or a quiet, solo healing session.

3rd Floor (Rooftop): On pleasant days, you can enjoy your coffee on the rooftop while admiring the Hanok rooftops of Ikseon-dong.
Relax on the deck while gazing at the blue sky.
Signature Drinks & Bakery Tasting
Line Cafe is known for its coffee made with carefully selected beans, and its diverse range of baked goods. Let me introduce you to the menu items I ordered.
(Signature) Orange Bianco (7,000 KRW)
Orange Bianco, a signature drink at Line Cafe, is a harmonious blend of fresh orange slices, creamy milk, espresso, and orange syrup. The refreshing citrus notes perfectly balance the boldness of the coffee, making it a clean, sweet, and delightful beverage.

Iced Latte (5,000 KRW)
The Iced Latte, true to its classic form, was rich in flavor thanks to the carefully selected beans. The creamy milk and the nutty, robust coffee created a balanced taste that paired perfectly with the desserts. If you enjoy lattes, you'll definitely appreciate this one!
Fruit Croissant (7,000 KRW)
I tried the Fruit Croissant from their selection of handmade desserts. As the name suggests, it features a flaky croissant filled with sweet cream and fresh strawberries. The croissant had a crisp texture and a buttery flavor with each bite. The cream inside tasted like cheese cream and was not too sweet, which was very good. The freshness of the kiwi, strawberries, and oranges made it a wonderful post-meal dessert.
If you're looking for a place to visit during the holiday season, the usually busy streets of Seoul might be surprisingly quiet. If you're seeking a unique atmosphere and delicious desserts in the Hanok district of Ikseon-dong during the holiday, I highly recommend Line Cafe!
