House Post: A Charming Cafe and 소품 Shop in Haenggung-dong
I'm the kind of person who pops over to Haenggung-dong like it's just a stroll from my front door.
It's only a 15-minute bus ride, so I often find myself going there alone on my days off. ☺ ☺
I feel like I've visited dozens of cafes and restaurants in Haenggung-dong, but it's still amazing how many places I haven't been to yet! (positive)
The place I'm introducing today is one I'd saved a while ago, but never had the chance to visit until now! ✨
There are so many cafes and restaurants in Haenggung-dong that it's hard to decide to revisit a place, but this one was so good that I want to bring a friend next time. So, I'm excited to share my experience with you! ➖

Many shops in Haenggung-dong are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so I try to avoid visiting on those days. But House Post is open every day, which is great!
Isn't the exterior color so pretty? The pastel sky-blue color goes so well with the burgundy! ✨ I happily entered because it was so beautiful from the entrance.
The owner definitely has a knack for interior design...
There were quite a few seats inside! There were various options from two-person tables to four-person tables.
The window seats also had a great view. Personally, I prefer cafes with bright lighting, and this place had plenty of natural light, which I loved! ☀️
I wanted to come alone, drink coffee, and read a book, and this is a perfect cafe for solo visits!
The posters plastered here and there were also cute, and the interior space was full of Instagrammable vibes. ✨
House Post is a cafe, but it also has a 소품 shop inside.✨
They were selling items such as trendy hats, necklaces, rings, keychains, pouches, and tableware like dishes, cups, and spoons.✨ Every single item was so pretty and had the aesthetic that 20-somethings love.
While my eyes were spinning from looking at the 소품, I ordered my menu first ^^
Their signature drink is the Lucky Latte. It has a cute four-leaf clover on top...✨ But I don't personally like lattes, so I ordered a decaf cold brew instead. But I ordered the signature dessert, banana pudding!
I searched for the menu and reviews before coming here (I'm a very thorough planner when it comes to food).
The banana pudding was so cute... I couldn't resist and ordered it right away.

Besides that, there were also lime pie and chocolate bundt cake. There weren't a lot of options, but it felt like they had the essentials. ✨
They said they were homemade desserts, so that's probably why the other desserts also had good reviews?! I want to try the lime pie next time. ✨ 🍰
Also, the dessert menu seems to change a bit depending on the season! When I looked at reviews from people who visited in the spring, there were desserts made with strawberries, so the dessert types may vary slightly depending on the season.
I ordered my menu and started exploring the 소품 shop in earnest. It was so cute and fun to look around. ✨
Recently, when I come to my parents' house, I've been lightly dipping my toes into the fun of finding and making simple YouTube recipes! That's probably why I'm drawn to pretty dishes and cups.✨ Cooking is all about the equipment, right? lol
There were so many nice 식기류 that I almost opened my wallet without hesitation... I barely managed to resist. ✨
The prices were also quite reasonable, and products with discount rates written on sticky notes have additional discounts, so you can get them at a great price! I definitely recommend checking it out.
There are also a lot of 맛집 near House Post, but waiting is the norm these days. It would be great to put your name on the waiting list and come here to browse the 소품 shop. ☺ ☺
While I was looking around, my order came out. What is this... this adorable thing...✨ This feeling of dopamine rushing in because it's so cute! Those small facial features are so cute...
Everything from the plate, drink coaster, cup, to the tray was so pretty. Totally my style… ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨
If I had come with a friend, we would have been screaming about how cute it was, but I came alone and shouted "cute" a million times in my head. ✨
The texture was also fluffy, like a soufflé, but the highlight was definitely the banana chunks in it. ✨
It wasn't too sweet and was the perfect combination with coffee. The banana pudding tasted like something you can only get here, so I highly recommend giving it a try.
There's also a restroom inside. Pass!~ ✅

I came to Haenggung-dong alone, scribbled in a book I wanted to read, browsed 소품, and had delicious banana pudding and coffee. I had a relaxing day. ✨
It's a place where you can enjoy a 소품 shop and a cafe at the same time. All menu items are available for takeout, and it's on the way to Banghwasuryujeong, which is a main spot to visit in Haenggung-dong, so it would be great to stop by beforehand!✨
