Before heading to the airport, a must-visit is

the wave-splashing Cafe Huzley!

I saw videos of waves crashing on the floor on Instagram,

and it turns out it's right here!

This cafe offers a multi-cultural space where you can experience

the sea of Jeju both visually and through taste.

The menu items here are visually inspired by

Jeju's symbolic elements.

Let me introduce the dishes I ordered.

✔️ IM Hyeonmu - 12,000 KRW

This dish resembles basalt and features rich dark chocolate gelato

with chocolate toppings.

✔️ Green Tea Latte - 9,000 KRW

I tried the new signature green tea latte.

The decoration on top is green tea gelato.

Jeju is famous for its matcha and green tea,

and it exceeded my expectations!

The other basic menu items were also quite satisfying.

3. Atmosphere

The cafe has two floors.

You can order on the first floor,

which features bright orange decor and various goods,

making it enjoyable to browse while waiting for your order.

The second floor has dining space with large windows,

offering a great view of the sea and media art of crashing waves,

creating a sensation of real waves at your feet.

While the lighting is a bit dim,

I recommend visiting when it gets darker for a better experience!

4. Review

Usually, a great view means mediocre taste,

or good taste comes with an ordinary atmosphere,

but I found Huzley to have a perfect balance.

It's conveniently close to the airport,

making it a great stop before your flight,

and you can enjoy Jeju's unique desserts.
