Weekend treat with the kids: Salted bread in Dongseongro! We discovered a whole new world of flavor.

Located next to Uniqlo in Dongseongro – the old melon bread spot!

Introducing the newly opened Danseokga Chapssal Bori Bread Dongseongro branch!

Established in Gyeongju in 2003, Danseokga was the first in Korea to introduce chapssal bori bread. Now, their second branch is here! No need to go all the way to Gyeongju; you can enjoy Daegu's famous salted bread right here in Dongseongro.

Address: 391 Jungang-daero, Jung-gu, Daegu, #101

Operating Hours: Daily, 09:00 AM - 09:00 PM

Public transportation is recommended due to the location. Parking is available at nearby paid parking lots.

Before entering the store, I spotted "Gold DAY"!

Get 2+1 on Chapssal Bori Salted Bread, all day every Friday!

Limited to one 2+1 offer per person, only at the Danseokga Dongseongro branch!

Event runs from September to the end of October!!

The cozy and neat store is filled with a savory aroma.

You can find salted bread, chapssal bori bread, and rusk neatly displayed.

Oh my! Buy 5 salted breads and get 1 chapssal bori bread free!

Such a tempting offer is a sweet phrase for a bread lover.

Gift box packaging: 5 pieces for ₩15,000

Isn't buying chapssal bori bread a must when you go to Gyeongju?

Now you can easily find it in Dongseongro, Daegu!

I crave it from time to time… especially with the salted bread! ^^

It's also perfect for a light and thoughtful gift.

There's a reason why Danseokga is so loved.

With over 20 years of dedication and know-how, they sell over 2,000 breads a day!

And now, you can get chapssal salted bread in Dongseongro!

They insist on using domestic chapssal and free-range eggs instead of flour.

It's great because it's a healthy, flour-free bread!

That's why it doesn't feel heavy on the stomach~~

It's small but has an open kitchen, so you can see the bread being baked.

I was drawn in by the delicious smell of Daegu's salted bread~~

All the bread is baked directly in the store.

You can see at a glance that it's hygienic.

I think I'm going to fall for the charm of Dongseongro's salted bread!

As I mentioned before, it contains absolutely no flour.

Danseokga in Dongseongro offers Daegu salted bread that you can enjoy without feeling guilty.

They use French AOP-certified premium Isigny butter and natural Guerande salt.

On Fridays when they have the 2+1 event, I'm planning to buy three packs of chapssal bori rusk!

I couldn't resist and had some Danseokga chapssal bori ice cream!

Oh, it's a fascinating flavor! It's the first ice cream in Korea made with chapssal.

It's surprisingly fragrant with grains~~
