Hello! Haeundae in Busan is known for its variety of delicious eateries.
One of the places I recently visited is the Kitchen Chinese, located on Dalmaji Road in Haeundae.
You can savor the spicy and rich flavor of Jjamppong, the thick and tender pork belly topped with a soft-boiled egg, and the sweet and savory Gan Jajang.
They also serve crispy shrimp in a creamy sauce with a spicy kick from jalapeños, making it a delightful place for food lovers.

If you're driving, there is ample parking space right behind the building. You can take the elevator to the first floor.
For public transport, you can take a village bus from Jangsan Station to reach the restaurant.
However, please note that Dalmaji Road itself is slightly hilly, making it a bit challenging to walk.
The overall atmosphere of the area is pleasant, with a clean and attractive exterior that makes the restaurant easy to find.
There is also a café in the same building, perfect for enjoying a meal and tea time.

The parking lot for Kitchen Chinese is located on the left side as you head toward Cheongsapo.
It accommodates about 10 cars, and if there are no available spaces, double parking is allowed.
Once inside the parking lot, you will find the entrance, and you can take the elevator to the first floor.
The restaurant itself is located on a hill, and upon entering, you will feel a clean and inviting atmosphere.
The interior is sleek and sophisticated, with a view of the kitchen and friendly staff welcoming you.
The decor is in soft ivory tones, creating a calm yet luxurious mood. Various decorative lights add to the ambiance, making it a lovely spot for a date.
The spacious interior is perfect for family gatherings or romantic dinners, especially with a view of Dalmaji Road from the window seats.
The menu features their signature dish, the soft-boiled egg Gan Jajang, and delicious beef Jjamppong.
Dishes like spicy shrimp in cream sauce and various fried items are also available.
