Charming New Cafe Discovery!

Stumbled upon this new cafe while passing by and decided to pop in.

Hours:
10 AM - 6 PM
Last Order: 5:30 PM
It's located right in front of the Hansan Lee Clan's Historic House. I was wondering what that house was behind it! First time learning about it while visiting Dalaeul.

Just head towards the traditional Korean house.
Parking is available in the designated area at the entrance. Park and walk into the gravel courtyard.
It was a bit rainy that day, and someone pushed aside the 'No Parking' sign and drove right onto the gravel courtyard. The reason? Because it was raining... Inside the cafe, everyone was murmuring because someone drove their car into the cafe... The owner was flustered, but the car owner was so confident.

The cafe has more outdoor seating. It seems like it would be a fantastic place to visit in the fall or spring when the weather is nice.
There are two dome-shaped tent seats outside. It would be cozy and nice to listen to the rain here, but it was still late summer, so it was stuffy inside, so I passed.

I wish the eaves were a little longer, so that people could sit right under them and enjoy a cup of tea on a slightly rainy day.
Inside, there are about 5 tables for 2-4 people.
The interior is quite small. It seems like the kitchen takes up half the space, as this place focuses more on baked goods. You can even watch them being made through the glass window. Apparently, a pastry chef from the Shilla Hotel makes them.

I had the Rooibos Plum tea, and it was delicious. The mug was cute. I liked that the tea had a Dalaeul sticker, showing they paid attention to detail.

The prices are a bit on the higher side.
I'll have to come back and try the bread next time!
