Bouquet de Pain: A New French-Style Bakery Cafe in Apgujeong Rodeo

Hello everyone :)
As a self-proclaimed bread lover, I always seek out new bakery cafes. So this weekend, I visited Bouquet de Pain, a new bakery cafe that's currently a hot spot in Apgujeong Rodeo. 🥐🥖
Even from a distance, the exterior catches your eye. The building has such a sentimental vibe, like something you'd find on a European side street. Passersby couldn't help but glance at it!

Location:
1F, 18, Dosan-daero 49-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul
(509m walk from Apgujeong Rodeo Station, Exit 5)
Hours:
Every day 10:00 - 21:00
Parking:
No parking allowed in front of the store.
Use nearby paid parking lots.
1. Daesung Paid Parking Lot
(6-9, Eonju-ro 168-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul)
2. Dosan Park Street Public Parking Lot
(10, Dosan-daero 45-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul)
The entire 3rd floor of the building is a cafe, so it looks huge and spacious. I'm very excited because it seems like they have a wide variety of baked goods...🤩

There's also a terrace on one side of the cafe, and it seemed like many customers were already enjoying it because of the nice weather these days. 😊
As soon as you enter, you'll see a selection of salt bread, which seems to be their signature menu. There were so many delicious-looking options that I couldn't choose! 😭

In addition to salt bread, they also have various types of bread, such as loaves of bread, croissants, and pain au chocolat.
They even have burger bun-style breads that you can enjoy as a meal! Isn't the variety of baked goods amazing? 😲😲
Wait... that's not all?
They also have hard-crusted bread and desserts such as tiramisu and the trendy Maritozzo...!
It feels like they're saying, "There's gotta be at least one bread here that you'll like!" 😂

They also have a variety of drinks, including coffee that goes well with bread and their signature Tiramisu Latte.
Plus, they're currently running a review event where you get one of today's breads when you register a Naver review...!! Bread lovers, go right now~~!!
The counter and bakery are on the 1st floor, and seating is available on the 2nd and 3rd floors. I ordered and went up to the 2nd floor.
Overall, it's decorated with a bright and antique French-style interior, and the sunlight shines through the many windows, making it so relaxing to sit there. 😊

If the 2nd floor was closer to a woody feel, the 3rd floor is a bit more colorful and kitsch? You can choose a seat according to your taste.
Castella Roll Salt Bread: 6,500 won
Green Onion Cream Cheese Salt Bread: 6,900 won
Ham Cheese Salsa: 6,300 won
Iced Americano: 6,000 won
Tiramisu Latte: 13,000 won
After taking our seats, the dishes we ordered came out. They look so appetizing!
As a bread lover, it's so happy to eat with a pile of bread...🥰

I personally love salt bread the most, so I was even more excited.
First up is the best-selling Castella Salt Bread. The fact that it's covered in castella powder... there's no way it wouldn't taste good.
The Castella Salt Bread contains fresh cream inside, so it's sweet but not too greasy, which was delicious!
It still maintained the taste of salt bread, so it's the best in my heart...!

And the Green Onion Cream Cheese Salt Bread... how can you resist that?
The right amount of cream cheese and green onions on top was delicious, and the salt bread was crispy, which made it even better. 😉
It seems like the salt bread itself is delicious here, so I regret not trying the basic salt bread. ㅠ

Lastly, I ordered the Ham Cheese Salsa Bun because I thought it would be good to have a meal-type bread.
To be honest, it's just a delicious taste because it contains ham and cheese, but the salsa sauce is the kick. It's a little spicy, so I thought it was a good choice because it got rid of the greasiness in between.

Oh, their Americano is totally my style...
I liked that it had a savory taste without any acidity. It's not easy to find coffee that suits my taste these days.
I ordered the Tiramisu Latte because it was their signature drink.
At first, I thought the drink just tasted like tiramisu, but a whole piece of tiramisu was placed on top, so the visuals were no joke.. haha

This place is a tiramisu 맛집 (delicious restaurant)!
The tiramisu has a completely moist base, so it melts in your mouth.
There was a showcase just for tiramisu for a reason.
The latte underneath is a plain latte that isn't sweet, but dipping the tiramisu in it is the best!!

I loved that I could try a variety of breads in a place with a nice atmosphere, and overall, the breads were all delicious!
It's a 인생샷 맛집 (Instagrammable restaurant) where you can take great photos with pretty interiors, so go grab some bread for brunch on the weekend! 🥰
