Hello, I'm Mingjure!
Today, I'm excited to share my experience at "Bakie House," a cafe I visited during my recent trip to Seoul. Let's jump right into the review!
Location & Exterior
Bakie House is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Daeheung Station Exit 4, making it easily accessible. The cafe's exterior is adorable and quaint, adding to its charm.
As a baked goods enthusiast, I couldn't resist visiting after hearing rumors of its delicious desserts!
Interior
Stepping inside, I was immediately greeted by the sweet aroma of freshly baked goods. The interior, while cozy, has about 3 tables available for customers to sit and enjoy their treats.
There's also a single-seat area by the window, perfect for solo visitors looking for a quiet treat. If you're looking for a great dessert place near Daeheung Station, definitely check this place out.
Menu
Wow, the variety is incredible! This is why I couldn't help but fall in love with the place.
As befitting a renowned dessert spot near Daeheung Station, they offer a wide array of options, including financiers, scones, egg tarts, pound cakes, cookies, brownies, and even my favorite, salt bread!
The sight of these treats neatly displayed in the transparent showcase was absolutely mesmerizing.
They also offer cute butter cookies, biscotti, and cupcakes.
Packaging
Bakie House also offers beautiful packaging for takeout orders! Isn't the package lovely?!
The clean white box with a ribbon detail makes it perfect for gifting to friends and family.
Menu
While famous for its desserts, Bakie House also serves a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, ades, and juices.
It's a great spot to grab a takeaway drink or dessert while strolling, or to spend time for a short break.
Also, they give you points for writing a receipt review!
Order list
The financier had the perfect balance of a crispy exterior and a chewy interior. It was so amazing, I wanted to learn the recipe from the owner!
The egg tart was thick and looked so delicious. It had lots of egg filling inside, was so moist and rich.
Before my dinner appointment, I had some time to spare so I enjoyed some quiet time in the window seats. The green view was also very lovely!
Being a dessert place near Daeheung Station, how could I resist ordering more?!
The moment I bit into the salt bread, the rich flavor of butter filled my mouth, followed by a hint of saltiness. The inside was moist, and I devoured it in an instant!
I'm already craving it as I write this post! You know it's good when I say that.
That concludes my review of Bakie House!
It was a great place to relax and the owner was very friendly. It was a delightful experience!
How about you come here and enjoy a sweet rest?
