A Taste of Spain in Yeonnam-dong: Churrería San Román

Stumbled upon a churro shop while walking through Yeonnam-dong.
Actually, I already knew about it, but...
The person I was with shouted “Churros!!!” from afar,
which made me burst out laughing.
“How did you know?” I asked.
They said the exterior and interior were exactly like what they saw in Spain.
Really?!
Couldn't just pass by. My love, churros!
Churrería San Román Yeonnam, straight from Spain.
The menu
Churros being fried right before my eyes!
A performance that starts upon ordering.
As soon as you order, they squeeze the dough out with a machine right there.
Freshly made churros are fried immediately.
The owner was so friendly,
and I somehow sensed their passion and confidence.
The energy of someone who is sure of their work is always great.
That alone raised my expectations for the taste.
The menu I ordered:
Churros con Chocolate (5 churros + chocolate) ₩9,500
Took it to go and sat on a bench in Yeontral Park.
So excited!
The menu I ordered was Churros con Chocolate (5 churros + chocolate).
I've never been to Spain, so it's hard to compare,
but personally, I like chewy textures,
so the churros were a little less chewy than I would have liked.
Still, I was satisfied with the crispy texture and the warm temperature.
The chocolate that came with it wasn't sweet,
so as the owner said, you can dip the churros in it or drink it.
The chocolate I had in France was very thick,
but the chocolate here felt a little thinner and more plain,
perhaps because it's Spanish style.
Spanish churros,
filled with passion and warmth,
and a sweet bite on a bench in Yeontral Park.
Ah, maybe it's because it's autumn.
My appetite is exploding.
I keep thinking about it.
