A Sweet Escape at Paraspara Deli: Mango Bingsu and More

After a delightful staycation with friends, we visited Paraspara Deli.
We came to enjoy the Mango Bingsu before summer ended.
Located near the entrance of the building with the sauna and indoor pool, Paraspara Deli boasts high ceilings and an open, airy atmosphere.
The bright ambiance was lovely. There were quite a few tables, though the spacing felt a bit tight.
At the counter, they were selling various sliced and whole cakes. The Mango Shortcake, available around this time of year, looked delicious. The Bukhansan-themed cake also looked unique and pretty.

The bakery selection was diverse, but it seemed like there were more savory bread options than dessert pastries.
I remember seeing sandwiches. If you don't have breakfast included in your stay, it might be better to eat at the Deli rather than going out or ordering in.
They also sell wine, including affordable options in the ₩10,000-30,000 range. If you need to buy wine quickly, the Deli is better than the convenience store at the entrance!
Please refer to the photo for the price range of drinks at Paraspara Deli!

Coffee prices were between ₩8,000 and ₩10,000, which felt reasonable since even trendy cafes these days charge around ₩6,000-₩7,000.
There are two Deli Bingsu options for the summer season: Injeolmi Mugwort Bingsu for ₩43,000 and Apple Mango Bingsu for ₩75,000.
I didn't know, but the Apple Mango Bingsu is also available for takeout!

They also have a Happy Hour from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a 30% discount on bakery items.
The Apple Mango Bingsu took about 10-15 minutes to prepare. From the tableware to the bingsu's visuals, it's very similar to the Shilla Hotel's version. I don't think it came with a lid (my memory is a bit hazy...).
The Apple Mango Bingsu at Paraspara Deli consists of the following:
The bingsu is made of milk and topped generously with diced apple mangoes, with a scoop of mango ice cream on top!

It's served with a side of mango sherbet, granola, and two mango-flavored macarons.
I usually don't prefer fresh or dried mangoes because I have a strange palate that detects a fishy taste in them.
But strangely, the Apple Mango Bingsu has absolutely no fishy taste and is incredibly delicious!

I wonder if there's a better dessert for summer!
Although it's pricey, the taste is incomparable to Sulbing. If you haven't tried Apple Mango Bingsu yet, I highly recommend trying it somewhere!
