A Healthy and Delicious Dining Experience at OluOlu Jamsil Samjeon Station

These days, I often look for quick and light meals that don’t leave me feeling heavy afterward. I recently discovered OluOlu Jamsil Samjeon Station, conveniently located between Samjeon Station and Seokchon Lake, making it a perfect spot for a light bite after a walk or workout.

The address is 135 Seokchonhosu-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul, Lake Palace Shopping Center, Building A, 1st Floor, Room 102. It's easy to find, even for first-time visitors.
Operating hours are daily from 11:00 AM to 1:00 AM, with the last order at 12:45 AM. It’s fantastic that they stay open late, making it an ideal choice for those late-night cravings without the guilt.

OluOlu is already famous for its acai bowls, so I visited with high expectations. As soon as I entered, the atmosphere felt very comfortable. The clean, bright interior with wooden tones conveyed a sense of healthiness. It’s a welcoming space for both solo diners and friends enjoying brunch together.
I ordered the Acai Bowl Light and a Salmon Cream Cheese Bagel. I wanted something light yet satisfying in taste and fullness.

Starting with the Acai Bowl Light, its deep purple color immediately caught my eye. It was served in a way that truly felt 'light,' and upon taking my first bite, I was delighted by the natural freshness of the acai, free from artificial sweetness.
The fresh fruits on top, along with the cashews and oats, added great texture and crunch. It wasn’t overly sweet, making it a perfect choice for breakfast or post-workout. I particularly appreciated that it didn’t leave me feeling bloated afterward.
The Salmon Cream Cheese Bagel was another highlight of my meal. The bagel was chewy on the outside and moist on the inside, with a generous spread of cream cheese that burst with flavor upon the first bite. The combination of salmon added a savory and creamy touch.
There was no fishy taste from the salmon; instead, it was fresh and paired beautifully with the cream cheese. It makes for a great brunch item or a satisfying light meal.
Overall, OluOlu Jamsil Samjeon Station strongly embodies the idea of being “healthy without sacrificing taste.” Each menu item is light yet showcases high-quality ingredients, naturally encouraging a return visit.
If you love acai bowls, this place is a must-visit, and the variety of bagels allows for plenty of choices based on personal preferences. I highly recommend OluOlu for brunch or a light meal near Seokchon Lake. I look forward to trying other acai bowl options or smoothies next time.
It’s a perfect spot for those looking for a light yet satisfying meal that also boosts your mood. Another interesting aspect was how the flavor of the acai bowl changed based on how you eat it. When it first arrived, it was slightly frozen, giving it an ice cream-like texture, which was delightful, especially on a hot day.
As it naturally thawed, mixing the fruits and granola revealed a different charm, creating a smoother and more balanced flavor. Each way of enjoying it had its own appeal, which I found very enjoyable.

The satisfaction from the Salmon Cream Cheese Bagel increased with every bite, particularly due to the flavor of the green onion cream cheese, which balanced the richness and added a subtle aroma. The combination with the salmon was simply perfect.
The mild pungency of the green onion blended well with the cream cheese, creating a delightful balance when paired with the salmon. I couldn’t help but think how great this combination was after just one bite.
Lastly, the owner was exceptionally friendly, providing detailed explanations of the menu and making first-time visitors feel comfortable, which enhanced the dining experience. Such small acts of kindness contribute positively to the overall impression of the place.
