A Cozy Visit to Hemian Coffee Bar

Hello!
I visited 'Hemian Coffee Bar' after my friend recommended it as a must-try pudding place.
The atmosphere is cozy, and the desserts were delicious, so I was very satisfied!
Even as someone who doesn't particularly like pudding, I found it really tasty!
Now, let's dive into my honest review!
Hemian Coffee
16, Noksapyeong-daero 40na-gil, Yongsan-gu, Seoul
Open daily: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Pet-friendly
The 'Hemian Coffee Bar' was inspired by a small house cafe on a hill in Kyoto, Japan, which is why it is located on a hill as well.
If you're wearing heels, it might be a bit inconvenient to visit!
You can feel the warm atmosphere right from the exterior!
My friend mentioned that during their last visit, they had to wait on the weekend!
It's quite a popular spot!
We visited on a weekday evening and didn't have to wait.
The interior space isn't very large, accommodating about six people at the bar and four by the window.
If the weather is nice, outdoor seating would be lovely!
The soft lighting creates a great atmosphere, making it feel cozy.
It's also quiet, which is perfect for working on a laptop, as I noticed some people doing just that.
The restroom is clean and located inside, with one unisex stall.
I really liked the vibe at 'Hemian Coffee Bar', and it turns out it belongs to the same brand as 'Pilots Coffee House' in Yongsan!
Hemian specializes in pudding desserts but also offers a variety of drinks, including coffee, non-coffee beverages, cocktails, and whiskey.
We ordered caramel pudding for 8,500 won and two melon sodas for 7,000 won each.
The caramel pudding has a chewy and thick texture!
It's dense, and when you scoop it with a spoon, you can tell it’s different!
I recommend it for those who prefer rich puddings over the light and jiggly type.
The caramel sauce pairs perfectly with it, and it was delicious!
The melon soda was refreshing and delightful!
They topped it with what seemed like crushed raspberries, which complemented the sweet and tangy flavor of the melon soda.
The caramel pudding not only looks beautiful but also tastes great!
If you love pudding, this is a must-visit spot!
If you're looking to experience the Kyoto vibes in Seoul, definitely check it out!
