On the last day of December, I worked in the morning and then headed to Hongdae to meet a friend.

I finally visited 'Nuknok', a cafe in Yeonnam-dong that I had saved for a long time but never got to go.

After walking for a while in the cafe alley of Yeonnam-dong, I arrived at Nuknok Yeonnam branch on the second floor.

From Hongdae Entrance Station, exit 3, walk past the Gyeongui Line Forest Trail for about 5-6 minutes!

It's conveniently located for a stop while exploring cafes in Yeonnam-dong.

I visited a little past 4 PM, and the cafe was already packed inside. Luckily, there was no one waiting before us, so we waited for about 10 minutes.

While waiting outside, the owner kindly provided us with cute hand warmers because it was cold.

Inside, the cafe is decorated in a clean wooden tone. Although the space isn't very large, the big windows prevent it from feeling cramped.

The tables are spaced nicely, allowing for comfortable conversation without eavesdropping on neighbors.

The cafe has a charming decor with various cute props placed around.

As people left, I took some pictures, and I think it would look lovely in the evening with the lights on.

Since it was the end of the year, there were decorations and a tree that added to the festive atmosphere.

They also sell butter bars and cute items, and there's an event where you can draw a chance by writing a review, which sounds fun!

I skipped it because I was lazy, though!

What I ordered

The cafe menu includes basic coffee options like Americano, Cafe Latte, and Oat Latte, as well as teas like Peach Oolong and Chamomile.

For non-coffee drinks, they offer Tomato Basil Aid, Peach Apple Aid, and Sikhye.

They have a variety of non-coffee lattes, including Fresh Strawberry Milk, Strawberry Matcha Milk, Matcha Latte, and Chocolate Latte.

There are many tempting desserts, making it hard to choose.

After some deliberation, I ordered Fresh Strawberry Chocolate Milk, Iced Latte, and Tiramisu Cake!

Look at the visuals of the desserts! They all looked delicious!

The Iced Latte was well-balanced, not too diluted, and the espresso was rich, making it perfect with dessert.

The Fresh Strawberry Chocolate Milk was delicious with strawberries and chocolate.

The Tiramisu had a light cocoa powder topping and soft cream inside, with a cute heart-shaped strawberry on top.

The Tiramisu also had strawberries and chocolate balls, which added a delightful texture.

The sweetness of the Fresh Strawberry Chocolate Milk and the nuttiness of the Iced Latte balanced perfectly with the Tiramisu.

For those looking for a cafe in Yeonnam-dong, I highly recommend visiting 'Nuknok'!
