Hello,

This is Na Jeong-ho, Manager at Automost.

Today, I'm excited to introduce the first RWB (RAUH-Welt Begriff) car in Korea, showcasing the full wrap process and decal application.

This car was built in Korea and is known as the 'PEACHES' car. It was also featured as an exhibition vehicle at the Coca-Cola NEW ZERO launch festival.

We used Corsa Red from Inozetek for the wrap.

By chance, the color was quite similar to what we envisioned, so we proceeded after confirmation.

As always, we started with a thorough cleaning. To prevent any damage to the paint, we applied PPF (Paint Protection Film) to certain areas beforehand.

Each time, it's a bit challenging to cut around the silicone seal between the body kit and the original body.

Newer Porsche models require special tools to remove the lights.

Usually, these tools are included with the car, but it can be tricky if they're missing.

The shape of the tool varies slightly depending on the year of the car, but the method is generally the same.

In this case, the lever is simply attached, so no tools were needed. However, if you turn it the wrong way, it won't fully compress during reassembly, so be sure to align it correctly.

Inozetek's high-gloss films have a very strong adhesive property when they come into contact with wrapped surfaces.

Therefore, the masking process is crucial.

If the film sticks to a previously wrapped area, removing it can potentially damage the underlying wrap. While there are techniques for removing it, masking makes the process much easier.

The trunk is especially tricky.

It's a 'hole hell'!

Since a single piece of film won't work, we pre-set the overlap areas.

Now, one-third of the holes are done!

For this decal project, the black and white colors had unique hues that couldn't be matched with standard vinyl. So, we used actual printed images and die-cut them.

The design and placement required approval at every step, making it a somewhat demanding process.

As it says on the roof: TRY IT!

Finally, all the holes are done!

It truly was a hole hell.

The colors—red, black, and a slightly grayish white—complement each other beautifully.

Here's a shot after completion.

Design wraps require a high level of focus throughout the entire process.

Each placement must be precise, and the size can be distorted on cars with complex body lines.

That concludes the RWB wrapping and decal process!
