Little Adventures and Hobbies That Made Life Feel More Fun Lately

This post is a personal life update filled with hobbies, impulsive fun, friendships, and small everyday discoveries.
From completing a handmade plush toy and indulging in LEGO dreams to pop-up stores, otaku weekends, and casual fortune-telling, it captures honest emotions and humor.
It also reflects growth through routine, like swimming and daily balance, while looking forward to future travels and summer days.
Finishing a Handmade Plush and Endless LEGO Dreams
I finally completed the tuxedo plush toy I received as a birthday gift, and I feel genuinely proud of it.
The head turns, the tail moves, the eye color can be changed, and there’s even a version with a closed mouth.
When will I ever get tired of LEGO? Probably never, although it will definitely drain my wallet.
Once I earn enough, I really want to build the Hogwarts Express. Honestly, the train feels cooler than Hogwarts itself.
College Life, Drinking Nights, and Recovery Meals
Fun escalated quickly once college started, and I began drinking from the very first week.
Friends, seniors, and juniors gathered near our place, and the drinks just kept coming.
Roughly speaking, it felt like about four bottles per person, which definitely left me with a mild hangover.
To recover, I had kalguksu and then headed straight to a café.
Cafés, Desserts, and Impulsive Plans
There’s a place called Yangjiri where they sell a Mont Blanc-style pastry filled with cream, and it’s absolutely amazing.
While sitting in the café with friends, we suddenly decided to go glamping and made a reservation on the spot.
It was completely impulsive, but that somehow made it more exciting.
Pop-Ups, Merchandise, and Otaku Happiness
I bought some Starbucks Friends merchandise, which made my inner otaku incredibly happy.
Even though I spent a ridiculous amount on just one item, it felt worth it.
Still unsatisfied, I went to another pop-up with a friend.
The space was small but packed with charm, complete with a film-set-style layout.
Posters, Harry Potter, and Endless Fan Moments
We ordered location-exclusive desserts and drinks, and since we spent over 30,000 won, we even received a pouch.
My friend brought back quirky kimchi merchandise from a prop shop, which was hilarious.
After finishing our drinks, I noticed posters for sale and spent a long time deciding before buying one.
Later, I stopped by the Harry Potter pop-up at Hyundai.
I bought a cloak and Dumbledore’s wand and barely resisted buying even more.
Fortune Telling and Random Life Thoughts
The next day, almost on a whim, I visited a new fortune teller.
Most of the reading was cautionary, with a little good news mixed in.
They said I might have a boyfriend next month, but who really knows.
I was told not to reach out first, so I’m just waiting and seeing what happens.
Swimming, Routine, and Looking Forward to Summer
This was my recent life update, written after a long break.
I’m still actively swimming and have been doing it for about a year now.
I moved up to the advanced class, which is the highest level at our pool.
After learning snorkeling, swimming became fun again, and I’m back to going regularly.
I really hope summer comes back soon so I can swim and enjoy it fully.
