Experiencing the Hottest Dubai Chocolate: Doujunko
Hello!
I've tried a lot of Dubai chocolate, but recently, the hottest trend is
"Doujunko"!! I encountered it for the first time haha.
My husband and I planned to definitely try it over the weekend!!
I thought I’d wait until I could find it.
Every time I visited the café, it was sold out.
And the price was quite high...
I thought I’d wait until the hype died down, but is it true that it's becoming harder to purchase?
(There are others like me who are waiting, right?)
Then, just in time!!!!!!!!
I visited the Mokdong Hyundai Department Store, and I could see the long line and chatter from afar.
Could it be!?????
Indeed, it was Doujunko!!????

The food court at Mokdong Hyundai Department Store seems to be as hot as the one in Yeouido.
They have many new and diverse 'popup stores' every time.
Located right in front of the bakery called "Bezzly" on B2 of the food court,
the line stretches back to the entrance of Gongcha!
You can feel the popularity just by looking at the line, right?
I think I waited about 20 minutes.
(Some people give up and leave because of the line.)
In fact, it's not that they run out of ingredients,
but it seems like they take their time with the calculations...
If they were faster at the checkout, it could be done in 10 minutes without waiting.
Still, you can watch the preparation in front of you,
so there’s no time to get bored while waiting.
Originally a takoyaki place,
they use the name 'Dubai Taco Ball' instead.
It's doing even better than their main business haha.
Price is the most important, right?!

I wanted to buy it as a dessert gift for my parents,
but the set can't have 2 originals, only one each...
So, if you want to taste it like me, you can only buy one at a time.

From the left, you can see the taco roll is large, but the price is... quite high.

Taste is the most important, right?
There are many places waiting for Doujunko these days,
but they say there’s a significant difference in taste!
During my trip to Dubai, the Dubai chocolate became very popular,
and I tried it locally.
Honestly, Dubai chocolate wins!!!!!!!
It's super chewy and crunchy, not too sweet,
but the skin is thin, which is a bit disappointing.
I want to try other locations and compare!
