Christmas Attractions in Yangju City

With Christmas approaching, I would like to introduce some great Christmas tree photo spots in Yangju City that you can visit with your child.
Yangju Christmas Market
Date: Every weekend in December (Saturday and Sunday) from 11 AM to 7 PM
Location: Richmart Deokgye, 3rd Floor Event Hall
* Experience workshops, games at booths, performances, flea market, etc.
The first place I’d like to introduce is the Christmas Market held on the 3rd floor of Richmart in Deokgye-dong during the weekends in December.
You can enjoy various workshops (like soap making), free photo sessions, dance performances, and more.
It’s a wonderful place to visit with children!
The market is filled with Christmas-themed trees and decorations, perfect for capturing festive photos with your kids.
You can also enjoy various dance performances and workshop experiences :)
This Christmas Market features products from local artisans, including fabric crafts, natural soaps, and items that children will love.
There are also hands-on experiences for making natural soaps and candles, which kids will surely enjoy.
Parking is available conveniently at the Richmart parking lot, making it easy to visit this Christmas attraction :)
If you’re lucky, you might even meet Santa Claus!
This event takes place only on the weekends in December, so if you’re nearby, grab your child’s hand and come visit this indoor Christmas spot!
Yangju City Hall Christmas Tree
Location: In front of Yangju City Hall
* I recommend visiting in the evening when the Christmas tree lights are on :)
Next, I’d like to introduce another Christmas spot in Yangju City where you can feel the festive atmosphere!
It's the Christmas tree located in front of Yangju City Hall.
Especially in the evening, when the lights illuminate the tree and decorations, it sparkles beautifully, making it hard to look away.
You don’t have to travel far to see such a beautiful large Christmas tree right here!
If you want to immerse yourself in the Christmas spirit with your children, make sure to visit the Christmas tree in front of Yangju City Hall :)
Visiting in the evening allows you to enjoy the lovely lights and take memorable photos!
Yoon Chef Honest Bakery Main Store Large Christmas Tree
Location: Plaza in front of Yoon Chef Honest Bakery Main Store
The next Christmas photo spot in Yangju City is the large Christmas tree installed in front of Yoon Chef Honest Bakery.
Even in photos, you can feel the grandeur of this Christmas tree :)
It’s impressive due to its size, and visiting at night with the sparkling lights makes it even more beautiful.
Inside the building, there is also a huge indoor tree, creating a festive atmosphere for you and your children to enjoy!
In addition to the Christmas tree, you can observe the bread-making process and see strawberries growing in a smart farm, making it a fun space.
Without going to a strawberry farm, you can observe beautiful strawberry flowers through the glass wall, which is fascinating for kids :)
Enjoy delicious coffee and bread, take photos with the large Christmas tree, and let your kids play in the small outdoor playground equipped with a seesaw, slide, and swings.
This small playground may not be large, but it’s a joyful space to see your child happily playing!
