Autumn Serenity at HyoChon Reservoir in Yangju

Hello everyone!
We are the Yangju City SNS Supporters.
The vibrant autumn foliage has mostly fallen, becoming leaves on the ground, signaling that winter is near.
In some places, ice has formed, and the first snow has already fallen.
I took a moment to capture the last vestiges of autumn with a refreshing walk.
Let's take a walk along the HyoChon Reservoir trail in Yangju and experience the late autumn scenery together!
Autumn has also arrived at HyoChon Reservoir, located in Gwangjeok-myeon, Yangju City.
The gentle waves and clear water shimmered quietly, bringing a sense of peace.
While walking around HyoChon Reservoir, there are several safety precautions to be aware of.
Due to the nature of the reservoir, please be especially careful of drowning accidents while enjoying your walk.
HyoChon Reservoir is located in Hyochon-ri, Gwangjeok-myeon, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi-do.
Safety equipment for drowning accidents is installed along the reservoir trail for anyone to use if needed.
Lifebuoys, life jackets, ropes, and other items necessary for rescue activities are available for anyone to use to save lives.
HyoChon Reservoir is also a popular fishing spot with many fishing platforms installed in various locations.
Looking at the water reflecting the beautiful scenery of Gamaksan Mountain, your mind will naturally become calm.
HyoChon Reservoir is a paid fishing area. The fishing fee is 25,000 won per person.
There are some restrictions:
1. Reels and lures are prohibited.
2. No open flames, such as charcoal or firewood.
3. Entry is prohibited to anyone other than paying fishing customers.
HyoChon Reservoir is famous as a fishing spot, but the surrounding mountains and scenery reflected on the water make it a great place to take pictures.
In spring, azaleas bloom spectacularly, creating a truly idyllic scene.
You can also see the beautiful sunlight scattered on the water's surface, creating a shimmering effect.
These sparkling glimmers are like jewels created by nature.
Enjoy the leisurely scenery and walk around the lake, reflecting on the past seasons.
There is also a management office that oversees HyoChon Reservoir.
You can see the efforts being made to maintain the cleanliness and safety of HyoChon Reservoir.
The shape of the reservoir seems to curve and wind along with the terrain.
I became curious about what lies behind that mountain, prompting me to take another step forward.
I feel a sense of nostalgia for my childhood on the path around the mountain ridge.
Although a straight highway is good, I like the anticipation and curiosity that arises on these small, winding roads, as if a story will be created.
Ducks and flocks of birds fly in to rest, and people also come to find respite.
HyoChon Reservoir is a place of rest.
Rest has also settled on the fields after the autumn harvest.
I noticed several restrooms around the lake, which would be useful in case of emergency.
A flock of ducks that had been floating leisurely takes flight.
I feel hope and anticipation in their powerful flapping wings.
Nature seems to be speaking at every moment.
You can find fishing supplies at the shops around HyoChon Reservoir.
You can also have a meal, so you can fish for a long time or have a meal after a walk without preparing food separately.
I am looking forward to seeing HyoChon Reservoir covered in white snow in winter.
