A Relaxing Stay at Orosie Hotel Near Jamsil Lotte World
서울특별시 송파구 오금로11길 21-19
오로시에 호텔

Today’s post is about my experience at Orosie Hotel, the only 3-star hotel in Bangi-dong, Jamsil, which has been open for a year. I enjoyed a healing staycation in Seoul!
Orosie Hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Exit 10 of Jamsil Station, close to the Lotte Tower and Seokchon Lake, making it a perfect spot for a hotel near Lotte World, a date spot by Seokchon Lake, or a staycation in Seoul.
The hotel is conveniently located near Bangi-dong’s food alley, famous restaurants, and convenience stores, making everything easily accessible.
Upon entering through the lobby on the first floor, you’ll find a uniquely designed check-in counter and lounge pub, where friendly staff greet you.
The hotel also features a self-check-in and check-out system, making the process quick and easy. (Check-in time: 3 PM / Check-out time: 12 PM)
Breakfast can be ordered upon check-in, which includes sandwiches and coffee for just 5,000 KRW.
On the first floor, there’s a space-themed sound bar where you can enjoy coffee, whiskey, and cocktails in a cozy atmosphere.
The basement level offers entertainment options like darts and hockey games, making it a fun hotel to stay at!
The hotel is great for a staycation or date spot, and it would also be suitable for student groups visiting Lotte World.
On the 9th floor, guests have access to a fitness center with treadmills and various equipment available for free.
There’s also a reception area available for group events or meetings, which can be reserved as needed.
The hotel features a rooftop pool, which is free to use during the week, and can be privately reserved for weekday nights and weekends (currently closed during winter).
Orosie Hotel also has facilities for disabled guests, ensuring a comfortable environment for patients and their families from nearby hospitals.
We booked a standard room, which was cozy and perfect for couples. The room was spacious enough for three or more suitcases!
The bedding was plush and of high quality, with a Simmons mattress ensuring a restful sleep.
In-room amenities included a coffee pot, hairdryer, gown, toothbrush, razor, shaving foam, hair comb, cotton pads, and slippers, making it convenient without the need to pack extra.
The hairdryer was a JMW model, known for its quiet operation and powerful motor, making drying hair a breeze!
Bottled water was provided in eco-friendly paper packs, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to health and the environment.
The room also featured a stylish steamer, which kept our winter coats and clothes fresh and clean.
The bathroom was tidy, with a clean shower and sink area, and a bidet for added comfort.
Bathroom amenities from the Italian brand Priya showed that attention to detail is a priority.
A small refrigerator was handy for storing snacks, and we had access to various OTT platforms like Netflix, Disney+, and Watcha.
What I loved most about Orosie Hotel was the convenience of using a tablet to control room service, lighting, air conditioning, heating, and even request additional hotel supplies.
This made it much easier than having to call the front desk for every request.
The room had a table and a comfy sofa, perfect for enjoying snacks and late-night treats.
Orosie Hotel offers a warm ambiance and excellent service, making it a fantastic choice for a staycation near Jamsil Lotte World.
If you’re looking for a place to unwind in Seoul, I highly recommend Orosie Hotel!
