A Relaxing Mid-Season Getaway to Caribbean Bay
Having only visited during the peak and off-seasons, this was my first time experiencing Caribbean Bay in the mid-season.
It was much more pleasant than I expected, and being able to enjoy Mega Storm and the wave pool made it a truly healing experience.
Usually, we do an 'open run' to secure parking in the main lot, but this time, we took our time and used the free parking lot. We parked in Parking Lot 2 and took the 10:30 AM shuttle, which dropped us off right in front of Everland at 10:34 AM.
I was quite satisfied with the experience. The shuttle frequency was short, so there was almost no waiting time, and the distance was close enough to not be a burden.
I recommend the free parking + shuttle combination for couples, students, and families with children who aren't too young!
If you park in Parking Lot 2, make sure to take the shuttle heading towards Parking Lots 2 and 4 when you return.
Don't get confused and take a shuttle in the wrong direction, or you'll end up taking a detour!

The morning was a bit chilly, and the sun at 2 PM was warm and strong, but there was a bit of wind. However, our wet clothes dried quickly, so it wasn't too cold.
They do bag checks before entry.
Each person is allowed to bring up to two cans of beer and fruit without peels or seeds.
I took a banana today.
They allowed me to enter with a reminder to dispose of the peel properly.
Outdoor Wave Pool, Caribbean Bay, around 10:50 AM.
It's definitely less crowded during the off-season.
The yellow area in the wave pool is where the waves break, so it's kept empty.
However, that's why the waves feel stronger, and many people were enjoying the wave pool around that area.
The sky is truly artistic!
You could feel that autumn had arrived.
Let's go to Mega Storm right away!
Mega Storm, Caribbean Bay.
I was scared last time, and my child said they didn't want to go this time.
It looks magnificent!
We arrived at the entrance of Mega Storm at 11:00 AM, and we boarded around 11:15 AM.
The waiting time was incredibly short!
The scale is truly enormous!
I'm riding it in just 15 minutes!
This is my second time on Mega Storm this year. It's so much fun!
After riding this, everything else feels boring, haha.
Lazy River, Caribbean Bay
The lazy river is also very relaxing!
There are tubes densely packed on both sides, resting (waiting).
Outdoor Snack Bar, Caribbean Bay
After playing in Mega Storm, the wave pool, and the lazy river,
I gave my slightly hungry child a hot dog.
The snack bar is also quiet during the off-season.

Indoor Pool, Caribbean Bay
It was a bit chilly, so we came inside.
The indoor area is also spacious.
Last time, I couldn't ride the indoor slides & surfing because I had to remove all my piercings. (I gave up because I couldn't get them out no matter how hard I tried.)
Come prepared and remove all your piercings at home!
I came this time determined to remove them all, but I couldn't ride the body slides because I was wearing a knit swimsuit,
So I rode a single-person tube.
Even though there wasn't much of a line,
My child rode the body slide 4 times while I rode the single-person tube once.
Madrid Cafe on the 5th floor, Caribbean Bay
The sun was nice, and I was cold after getting out of the water,
So we ate lunch on the terrace.

The taste was what you'd expect.
Off-Season (Mid-Season) Review
The prices are low, and there aren't many people,
So I think this is a really great season.
You can use both indoor and outdoor facilities, the lines are short, and the weather is cool, which makes it much more comfortable.
I definitely want to come back during this time next year!

As a 40-year-old, I was chilly.
(The younger people didn't seem cold, haha)
So, I wrapped myself in the Starbucks goods towel I got from collecting frequency points.
I wondered when I'd use it, and that day was today.
