Looking for a great place to visit with your child on a beautiful weekend?

At Chilgok Sheep Farm, we enjoyed various experiential programs at reasonable prices.

We opted for the entry + hay + a can train package and added a bottle-feeding experience.

Right in front of the ticket booth, there’s a pile of hay, and staff members distribute it once you purchase your tickets.

We received a basket of hay along with the milk bottle for the feeding program!

The basic basket provided a generous amount, so we felt it was sufficient.

With hay and milk bottle in hand, we started exploring!

The wide meadows and blue skies, along with the sight of sheep roaming freely, lifted our spirits.

Let’s dive into the adventure! ✨

First, we headed to the feeding area.

Unfortunately, since we arrived a bit late, the baby sheep were asleep, and we couldn’t feed them.

The staff suggested we feed the goats nearby instead.

Feeding the goats was delightful; their eagerness was adorable!

The sight of them crowding for milk was cute even for an adult like me—imagine how excited the kids must have been! 🐐

Chilgok Sheep Farm is a place where the whole family can enjoy together.

After the feeding experience, we hopped on the can train.

The train runs from the bottom of the farm to the top, providing a scenic route.

The ride lasts about 15 minutes, allowing you to comfortably take in the sights of the farm.

I highly recommend riding it if you visit!

We were able to see various sights around the farm from the train.

There was even a deer enclosure on one side! 🦌

Meeting different animals is a significant perk of this place.

At the top, there was a small zoo where we encountered more animals.

Inside the enclosure, there were not only sheep but also geese and rabbits.

With so many diverse animals, it’s great for children’s emotional development.

The admission fee was definitely worth it.

We gave the remaining hay to the sheep and headed down to enjoy the highlight of Chilgok Sheep Farm.

The main attraction is the sheep herding demonstration.

You can witness dozens of sheep coming down the hill, an amazing sight!

As someone who loves animals and has visited many farms, I was thrilled to see this for the first time.

Following safety instructions, we moved behind the fence.

When the time came, we watched in awe as the sheep came rushing down.

It was a special moment for the kids and a fascinating experience for me.

We took a picture of their retreating figures!

There’s no extra cost for the herding demonstration, so be sure to catch it if you visit Chilgok Sheep Farm.

After the demonstration, we relaxed watching the goats eat.

It was a healing day spent in nature, away from the city.

How about taking a trip to Chilgok Sheep Farm with your family this weekend?

It will surely be a delightful day for both kids and parents!
