It was my first time visiting Namdaemun Market.

I went with my sibling to the accessory market and was surprised by the sheer number of people, both Koreans and foreigners….

It seems like a lot of tourists come to Namdaemun.

This is where the Kal-guksu (noodle soup) alley is. I found the layers of different colors in this small area to be quite beautiful.

As a Kal-guksu lover, I'll definitely have to find a great Kal-guksu restaurant next time…!

I was taking pictures like a tourist visiting Korea for the first time.

It's been 3 years since I've been wandering around Korea, and the clear sky and the harmony of colorful signs felt so warm and familiar.

The signs are simple and unrefined, but when you put them all together, the vibrant colors make you think, “Ah, this is Korea!” Such familiar designs…!

I stopped at the Express Bus Terminal to grab a quick dinner and had Bukchangdong Sundubu (soft tofu stew). As someone who used to live in LA, I missed Bukchangdong Sundubu the most, so I came to eat it… haha.

I ordered something called “Galbi (Korean BBQ ribs) Set Meal???” and didn't expect those kinds of pork ribs to come out… and is that really the amount I should get? The ribs were so greasy and inedible.

The Sundubu was tasty, but the portion was so small that I was like, “Huh?”

It seems like the Bukchangdong Sundubu they sell here is completely different from what they sell in the US, and I think they're just using the name for a different brand.

I was very disappointed with the taste, composition, and quantity.

But at least it's cheaper than in the US…!

I miss LA's Bukchangdong… After work, I used to order the Galbi Sundubu set and enjoy my hearty comfort food…

I need to find a place in Korea that makes delicious Galbi Sundubu set meals too….

I can't pass by this place when I come to the Express Bus Terminal – it’s my go-to spot…

It's not exactly cheap, but I come to browse.

Some of the clothes I saw are actually cheaper to buy through overseas direct purchase.

This is a jacket from Loewe, my favorite brand.

The details are beautiful, and the back is all exposed. It looks so pretty when you wear it….

It’s a jacket that can be both casual and modern.

They also had Max Mara’s baby line…? (the more affordable line). This is so pretty… It’s mine… ✨

The price was great too, around 400,000 won.

The material and fit were perfect.

Taking a picture of the product number before I go~~~
