Although I had visited Ikseon-dong several times before, this restaurant immediately caught my eye.
The traditional Hanok exterior felt warm and inviting, naturally slowing my steps as I approached.
Knowing that Ikseon Jabbang has been operating since 2017 added a sense of trust, especially in a neighborhood where restaurants often change quickly.

Ikseon Jabbang is located just a five-minute walk from Jongno 3-ga Station, at 30, Donhwamun-ro 11na-gil, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
Exit 4 leads directly into Ikseon-dong’s main alley, making the walk easy and enjoyable.
They are open daily from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with weekday break time from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and last orders at 8:30 PM. Weekends and holidays operate without a break.
While nearby public parking is available, taking public transportation is far more convenient due to the narrow streets.
Even during a weekday lunch, the restaurant was busy, so making a reservation through Naver is strongly recommended.
