I would like to introduce the upcoming
Changnyeong Nakdonggang Canola Flower Festival in April 2026.
Along with the festival schedule,
I will also share the current blooming status of the canola flowers.
The canola flower festival will be held from
April 9 (Thursday) to April 12 (Sunday)
for four days, featuring various events and programs.
There will be a wide range of attractions and activities available.
With multiple events scheduled each day,
you can experience a different atmosphere depending on your visit date.
Notably, the opening and closing ceremonies will feature invited guests on stage,
so it would be good to keep this in mind when planning your visit.
The festival will have a spacious parking area,
making it relatively easy to visit by car.
The canola flower fields are arranged along the Nakdong River,
allowing for a leisurely stroll to enjoy the scenery.
One of the programs you can experience at the Namji Canola Flower Festival
is the canola flower tour train.
This train moves slowly through the vast fields,
allowing you to comfortably enjoy the landscape.
Currently, the canola flowers are almost in full bloom at the entrance,
and as you go further in, you can see some still blooming.
During the festival period, they are expected to bloom even more.
The canola flower field has resting spots with pavilions and chairs
for visitors to take a break.
There are also various photo zones set up throughout the canola fields,
making it easy to capture memories with the flowers.
In addition to canola flowers, tulips are also planted here,
and while they have not yet bloomed, they are expected to bloom beautifully soon.
As the yellow petals begin to bloom,
the green landscape will transform into a sea of yellow flowers.
The day when the entire area is covered in canola flowers is approaching.
The Nakdong River flows gently next to the canola fields,
and the path resembles a row of metasequoia trees,
creating a picturesque scene.
During the festival period,
consider visiting Changnyeong Namji to experience the beauty of spring.
