November: A Blend of Autumn and Winter

November was a month where autumn and winter coexisted.
Already missing the autumn vibes...
Food lovers don't discriminate by season!
Near Samsan Gymnasium Station, there's a beloved Tteokbokki village, a cozy hangout for local students.
Tteokbokki and Sundae for just ₩3,000 - what a steal!
The perfect sweet tteokbokki right in front of the school, and the owner is incredibly friendly.
Located at the transfer passage between Line 1 and Incheon Line 1, they offer a variety of skewers including Busan Odeng, boiled eggs, and konjac, all for ₩1,000 each.
How did I only just discover this place?
The chewy rice cake skewers coated in sauce are especially delicious!
For 30 years, the legendary chicken feet have been a staple.
Enjoying the boneless chicken feet with plenty of bean sprouts, plus rice cakes and noodles, topped with smoky mayo was a highlight.
It was the tastiest chicken feet I've had recently.
At Bakery Yulgyo, I indulged in desserts made with natural leavening, including honey sweet potato cheese, pumpkin cheese, and olive cheese ciabatta, all for ₩8,800 each.
The cross-section shot looks almost terrifying (featuring olives)!
Sweet pumpkin and sweet potato combined with cheese make for a delightful treat.
These hefty visuals are perfect as a meal replacement!
Receiving my monthly dessert just in time for Pepero Day on November 11 was a nice coincidence.
Lyricall's mini Dubai chocolates, featuring pistachio and kadayif dark handmade chocolate, were a delightful surprise for ₩11,900.
Just one piece is meant to satisfy a sweet craving, but I ended up devouring it all at once!
My birthday was exceptionally memorable this year.
With a birthday gathering and team dinner, I enjoyed the season's first yellowtail at a restaurant featured on YouTube.
It was rich, chewy, and incredibly flavorful.
I want more!
They also served various side dishes like stir-fried squid and braised mackerel, all of which were pleasantly sweet - just to my taste!
As for the second gathering, it felt youthful with just two candles on the cake.
Unexpected gifts from my teammates made the birthday celebration even more special.
Thank you so much for the overwhelming birthday wishes!
And I recently traveled to Hong Kong, leaving my husband behind due to work commitments.
To be continued...
Despite being in Hong Kong for my birthday, my husband surprised me with an iPhone 17 beforehand, which I absolutely adore!
Thanks to that, I captured countless photos during my trip with my new phone.
The lavender color is lovely!
I was torn between white and lavender, but I’m glad I chose lavender.
On my birthday, I planned to be in Hong Kong, so the day before, my husband and I visited a jazz bar in Gangnam.
It's my way of celebrating special occasions!
Even with the cold weather, this year-end is filled with warmth and joy.
