Meet Your Instructor: Kyung Ju-sung
Kyung Ju-sung is an active professional in the Korean music scene. His impressive resume includes performing at legendary jazz clubs like Club Evans and Boogie Woogie, as well as session work for artists like Kyung Seo and rapper Bobby. His lessons are highly praised for incorporating "practical know-how" that can't be found in textbooks, making him a sought-after mentor for serious players and hobbyists alike.
Systematic Curriculum for Every Level
At Track One, we offer three distinct paths for bass students:
- Hobby Class: Focuses on the joy of playing your favorite songs. Perfect for office workers, students, and beginners who want to learn basic posture and rhythm in a fun, pressure-free environment.
- Professional Class: For those looking to grow their style. This course covers advanced techniques like slap and palm mute, music theory, and ear training for band activities and church accompaniment.
- Entrance Exam Class: A high-intensity curriculum for those aiming for arts high schools and music colleges. Includes harmony, line making, mock practical exams, and 1-copy-per-day recording projects.

Track One Music Academy offers a top-tier learning environment. Students enjoy free use of instruments and practice rooms, as well as complimentary parking. All hallways and rooms are monitored by CCTV for safety, and we provide various snacks to keep your energy up during long practice sessions. Our instructors are all graduates from the most prestigious music programs in Korea, including Hanyang and Hongik Universities.
Grand Opening: The Premium Jam Room
We are excited to announce the opening of our new Premium Jam Room on November 10th! Located on the 2nd floor of the Classia building right in front of the academy, this professional space features state-of-the-art soundproofing and a comfortable interior. It is perfect for band ensembles, individual practice, and high-quality video content production. Reservations can be made easily via Naver.
Location and Operating Hours
The academy is conveniently located in Iljik-dong, Gwangmyeong, across from the Decian Apartment East Gate. We are open Monday through Friday from 2 PM to 10 PM, and Saturdays from 10 AM to 7 PM. Whether you are a child just starting out or an adult returning to your passion, we invite you to experience the true charm of the bass guitar at Track One.
