A review of my 3rd Fair Session, delving into the stylish world of Wimbledon, where even the dress code exudes sophistication.

***Self-Purchased Review***

Hello, this is J-View!

Today, I want to share the stories we discussed in my 3rd Fair Session: Wimbledon, the most aristocratic of sports games, where even the players are stylish!

This session was a chance to learn about Wimbledon in depth for the first time, and we talked about various topics, from game rules to attire, dress codes, and events. Thanks to this, I was able to learn new words that I don't normally use.

In the Fair Session, you can have enough conversations about a given topic and then expand the discussion to other topics, so you can naturally practice frequently used expressions and words you really want to say. Since I've taken several classes with the same leader, it's become easier to ask questions and I'm able to enjoy English even more. ^^

If you're curious about my previous Fair Session reviews and the LST curriculum, please refer to the links below.

The Court of cool: Tennis, Royals, Styles

What kind of tournament is Wimbledon?

Wimbledon is the oldest tennis tournament in the world, first held in 1877 in the Wimbledon area of suburban London, England. It is one of the four major tournaments (Grand Slams) and is unique in that it is the only one held on grass courts. Players must wear all-white attire, a tradition that has been passed down since 1877 and is a symbol unique to Wimbledon.

Special Moment

During the tournament, British elegance and sophisticated culture are blended together with tennis matches, strawberries and cream, high-end black tea, and various VIP events. For this reason, it is also called 'the most aristocratic sports festival in the world'.

# Talk about Sports

On this day, the leader explained the grammar.

In particular, he explained the difference between 'want to ~' and 'want ~ to', emphasizing that it can be more confusing than any other grammar when you first hear it, but it's an important part that you need to know. So, the partner, the leader, and I spent a long time studying this topic in depth.
