Year-End Gathering at Songdo
To celebrate the end of the year in December, our team gathered for a company dinner in Songdo.
We visited a famous meat restaurant that a colleague recommended.
The quality of the meat was excellent, and everything from parking to service was top-notch, so I wanted to share my experience!
We met near Incheon National University Station and drove to the restaurant, which was very close by.
It was located on the first floor of a building, making it easy to find.
There was even a waiting area right next to the entrance, indicating its popularity for gatherings and company dinners.
The restaurant offers free parking for three hours, and there was plenty of space available.
Upon entering, we noticed several tables set up, with many families dining there, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
The restaurant had a clean atmosphere with a variety of seating options, including large tables for groups and smaller ones for 2-4 people.
The large windows provided a pleasant view, making the dining experience enjoyable.
To sample a variety of dishes, we ordered an assortment of meat options.
The side dishes were served first, and the kimchi was nicely seasoned.
The yuzu white kimchi was tangy, and the radish kimchi was crunchy, pairing well with rice and grilled meat.
The side dishes complemented the rich flavor of the meat, making it easy to keep ordering more.
The first dish served was the pork belly ribs, selected from premium quality, antibiotic-free pork.
The ribs were expertly grilled, with deep cuts made into the meat for even cooking, and they were incredibly tender.
They also provided fragrant mushrooms to grill alongside the meat, creating a perfect combination.

Next, we tried the popular menu item, the whole skirt steak, which was not trimmed of connective tissue, adding a chewy texture that made it addictive.
The large grill allowed us to cook the steak all at once, and it was a lean option with rich, tasty juices.
Cut into bite-sized pieces, the steak was grilled evenly, offering a delightful combination of flavors.

We alternated between the skirt steak and the ribs, noticing how the texture changed with different side dishes.

The highball served in a large glass was light and perfect for pairing with the meal, and the drink selection was diverse.
The marinated pork ribs were another popular menu item, tender from aging and perfectly balanced in seasoning.

Overall, the quality of the food was impressive, and the combination of side dishes and meats was delightful.
It was a fantastic dining experience, and the three-hour parking made it convenient for our meal.
