Uchujin: A Japanese Dining Experience at Lotte Department Store Changwon
Today, I'd like to introduce the food court at Lotte Department Store Changwon, which reopened in September with a fresh new look!
Among the various options, I'll be focusing on the Japanese restaurant, >Uchujin<.
They offer a diverse menu ranging from ramen to bibimbap with fish roe, tonkatsu, katsu, cold buckwheat noodles, and more!
For those who always feel that a single dish isn't quite enough, they also have set menu options available.
I think it's great that they have options suitable for everyone, including children.
You can see Uchujin at number 1! It's located at the far end, so it's nice to be able to enjoy your meal without the crowds.
The seating is arranged in a ㄷ-shaped counter style, and if there are no seats available there, there is a common area in the center of the restaurant, which is perfect for families or larger groups!
You pay at the counter first and then wait at your seat with a buzzer until your food is ready!
I ordered the Cheese Katsu Assortment Set!
I wanted to try a variety of flavors, so I ordered the most expensive set menu option, haha.
Cheese Katsu (1pc) + Mini Pork Cutlet (1pc) + Shrimp Tempura (1pc) > Choice of Cold Buckwheat Noodles or Udon
It's a very appetizing combination ⭐️
The cold buckwheat noodles perfectly balance the greasiness of the fried foods!
If you don't like wasabi or pickled onions, be sure to let them know in advance.
Although it's only one piece ㅠㅠ
The shrimp is plump and full...!!????

I loved that they installed a sink after the renovation!
It's convenient to wash your hands right at the sink when you don't want to bother going to the restroom or feel uncomfortable just wiping your hands with a wet wipe.
There's also a baby chair right next to the pillar, so keep that in mind!
