And the best side dish here was definitely the Musaengchae.

Especially if you put a slice of Samgyeopsal with wasabi and Musaengchae...
Wow, it was so delicious!
Because of this combination alone, I'll be revisiting 100%!
Country Doenjang-jjigae – The Essence of Rich Soybean Paste
The Country Doenjang-jjigae made with ingredients from Jirisan Sancheong lived up to its name.
The broth was deep and rich without being too salty, making it a perfect complement to the Samgyeopsal.
Honestly, some Korean BBQ places have bland Doenjang-jjigae, or it just feels like a side dish.
But here, even the Doenjang-jjigae felt like a main course.
It was a total rice thief!
It was the perfect, clean way to end the meal.
Definitely a Busan Samgyeopsal 맛집 (delicious restaurant) with even the stew being amazing!
The Charm of Freshly Cooked SOTBAP
The grand finale was the freshly cooked SOTBAP.
It's cooked right in a small cast iron pot, and the moment you open the lid, fragrant steam and the aroma of rice wafts up.
There was even sweet pumpkin on top of the rice, which was delicious together.
Is it true that if the rice is good, any dish is delicious?
And even the rice spoon was so cute! A rabbit appeared 🐰
The moment I took a spoonful of the delicious rice, I was happy just eating the rice without the Samgyeopsal.
After scooping out the rice, pour hot water into the pot to make *Sungnyung* (scorched rice tea) – definitely try it!
Putting the grilled meat, Doenjang-jjigae broth, Musaengchae, and SOTBAP into my mouth at the same time... happiness is right now!
Perhaps because of these details, it's not just famous as a Kyungsung Samgyeopsal 맛집 (delicious restaurant), but also recognized as a great place for company dinners in Busan.
